Not gonna lie, I thought the next Hero Skin was going to be for either the Grand Warden or the Battle Machine.
Warden 3D will be coming in summer (you can see what they have already in the video, though testing and changes may be going on).
As for Builder Machine, no official word had been said about a skin for it. From what I heard, it was a no unless a large player base wanted it

With gems being commonly obtained, even getting 450 gems for getting to 1250 trophies, it's highly unlikely as gems are very easy to get
