this troop has weaknesses that manifest a very high deficiency, especially when this troop dies and everything becomes frozen, including it's own adjacent troop. I hope your side can make improvements to the troop

You should make a volcano, it would be about the range of a mortar and when it hits attacking enemy’s it does damage and burns them for 3 seconds and unlocks at town hall level 10
Knowledge Factory would be too OP unless they severely nerf stats, and not for th8 at all, you don’t even unlock freeze at th8 no way you should get a freeze golem

Well, it's one way or another, CoC created Electro Dragon and then it appeared in CR, so why not take some Troops from CR to CoC?
It's not like it's copy paste. This Ice Golem functions quite differently than the Royale one.
