With the siege barracks, does it have a fixed number of wizards to deploy or will it simply release on a timer with the diminishing health. I.e, if you press to destroy the barracks, will it mass deploy wizards to its quota?

Why isn't there a fourth recourse at th 13, because at the first level you have gold and elixer, 6 th-levels further you have dark elixer and th 13 is another 6 levels further
