      Bad move...instead of coppin' 1 share of AMAZON at over $3,000+ (only 66% annual gain thus far)...there's dozens upon dozens of affordable, cheaper & better performing stocks than "overpriced/overvalued" AMZN such as SHOPIFY @ $870 (168% annual gains) • ETSY @ $109 (89% annual gains) • STONE CO. @ $52 (although only 54% annual gains, you're only spending a microscopic portion of the overtly-expensive price of Amazon and practically getting the same returns)...it appears that your Investing/Trading skills is paltry/subpar/undeveloped - if that's the case, please look at "stocks" as if they're grocery or clothing products - would you pay $300 for toothpaste? Well, that's literally what you're doing w/ AMAZON and if you think, my toothpaste is gonna be worth over $1,000 when I retire then you could've bought a bar of soap (SHOP), toothpick (ETSY) and napkins (STNE) for a fraction of AMZN and would be a recipient of 5-10x higher returns #FACTS | #theKONGSTOCKS

    Yea, SNOW maybe growing revenue, but they need it to feed the outrageous budget that goes to advertising and marketing which takes a large chunk of revenue. How much is actually left over for operational expenses and administration? Not much. And they've done little to curb the expenses to their Marketing division.

    "is it for the employees or for the companies' bottom line?" - that is a silly question, isn't it?

    • @TheAlexN1305
      @TheAlexN1305 3 년 전 +1

      It is definitely intended as beneficial for the companies.
      But it also could be a win-win. If employees are moving to lower-cost places to live and can afford a lot more there, a house instead of an apartment. Cars, beautiful nature around themselves and a good neighborhood - all while keeping their nice job, but working from the comfort of home. A 10% salary cut might be entirely negated by the drop in their monthly expenses on everything, while $20 000 would be a good supplement to facilitate the move.
      There is also a question of what would be an alternative because the other option from companies could just be to fire current employees and hire people to work remotely from places with lower costs of living for less. They might just get a better workforce for fewer payroll expenses this way.
      So all in all, it might look like a bit of a silly question at first glance, but I really don't think it is. Or at least it did provoke some thinking for me.
