Court should not be disturbed by the lawyers affiliated to bjp

When a law is enacted by both houses of Parliament and accepted by the President of India, I am not very comfortable that just a bench of five judges could turn it down as unconstitutional. The parliament members are answerable to the citizens of this country while the judges of Supreme Court are not.
I feel that if there is any divergence of views, the CJI may convey their views to the president, with a request to reconsider the bill in Parliament.
I also think it is necessary that the Collegium should be abandoned and a National body be constituted to select the judges.

Defence,Judiciary and Police should not have Political linkage.

There should be a provision for enquiries to such matters in a democracy.

No lawyer should have direct connection with any political parties.
If they belongs to political parties how justice can be given and where is the justice?

By the way , till now PM has not uttered a singled word about the 8 thousand crore electroal bond that BJP got.

I am enrolled in 1986, the quality is diminishing year on year, only haves are getting justice, common man's cases are not at all heard. Most of the judges are heating honest advocates, since they didn't know subject. While judges appointing judges, they are looking for their kith and kins and long standing relationship in mind. This is what happening in the present day world. Indian common man should teach a lesson to everyone, otherwise they would realise.

Nobody under mine sc.corrupt politicians get bail.it is surprising to note a jailed chief minister can run the govt.inthat case all criminals must be allowed to do business from jail.these politicians after sentence enjoying luxurious life in jail which commoncoulnotget.they get beatings..what judges are doing.

I am an ordinary senior having retired from the Army. But I am avid follower of events in my dear country The situation that u refeffered to is the making of the senior SC judges incl. the CJI. They are overly rendering their ears to few politically partisan senior but practising political lawers as if they are the authorities on constitution. They are aligned to opposition tukde tukde gang corrupt to the core dyanasts families who are out to grab power not with their loyalty to the nation but by aligning with foreign foreign forces and maligning the country. While hearing a judge should not only the law as it is but the purpose of the law. The corrupt litigant engaging costly lawers and those lawers arm twisting the SC to obtain favourable to such corrupt litigants like in my own TN state secessionist politicians.These are to be borne in mind by constituitional court judges while hearing cases. When a cirrupt arrogant regional party minister heckles the Governor of the state then every citizen like me would like heckle at CJI or other judges of the SC.
