She should be thrown out of this case. First for going through with the case with the lawyer knowing she had a relationship with the man meaning she should not be trusted at all. She said her greatest crime was having a relationship at work with the lawyer but her dishonesty going into the case is what makes things much worse. She chose this romantic lover to be involved in the case knowing all along it was wrong and dishonest. I could understand if she was going on with this case and said to herself u know what I dated this man he will not be involved at all and her being in the position that she’s in with that power she clearly knew the right thing going forward but instead went with this case with her lover fighting the case by her side and that is very dishonest in my opinion and she should be thrown out of this case 100%. It takes out all the integrity out of her as a person going forward and now it is obvious what is happening. We obviously live in a america we’re law and order is a corrupt system. You have thousands and thousands of innocent men in prison that died innocent, you have many that were later released because they found corruption, a DNA sample was wrong, new evidence was brought up and were never the same because their lives were taking away from them that’s what makes the justice system a broken one. In this case in particular with Trump who was President fighting charge after charge and these charges have all came up mostly when he decided to run for president which makes you wonder and we also live in a america were america is divided and you have Judges, prosecutors, lawyers, their family members, their kids, the people who decide on the verdict that Hate Trump that will do anything to see in prison because of their hatred towards Trump and that is why Trump should not be prosecuted because of how divided people are and people wanting to see him in prison and u just don’t know who these people might be. You have a judge that has a daughter that has made post about wanting Trump in prison and that’s the judges daughter, u have a District DA who has a relationship with a man that she chose as the lawyer going through with this case until it was discovered and the DA knew it was wrong but still played it in her strategy to go forward with the man being involved with the case until he decided to step down and that shows a lot of betrayal and dishonesty in a women that is supposed to hold the highest rule of law by showing honesty and integrity and she did this as a very sneaky person to her own benefit for whatever agenda she has. This isn’t about doing the right thing as she says respecting the law it’s clearly they are on a mission to manipulate the system to throwing Trump in prison and what better way to do so right before the election that is why Trump is fighting case after case to prevent him from running completely and being afraid that if he wins as president their agenda switches and it’s all for Hatred towards Trump. We really do live in a divided America we’re evil is greater then God as anyone with a honest heart knows what is happening to Trump is not about respecting the law but the purpose of having anger and hatred because of Trump being different then everyone else and by using every opportunity to attack him because Trump is different. It’s a shame that the justice system has been a broken one for so long. We went as far as prosecuting our political rivals and by even attempting to throwing them in prison by using the Rico act which was used against The Mob, gangs, and so on now that’s very sad. We are no different then Russia at all. In fact we have became a communist state of America and how we have been behaving is a example why people think of us as communist and as far as Democracy goes there is no democracy here in america at all. We have a justice system that has put innocent people in prison by the thousands and we have a DA that had a relationship with a man and still put him on the case for her own benefit and she did so dishonestly and the judge needs to take her off.
