Yeah, I think there are some good policy planks but from what I've seen, he enjoys being the anti-vax guy and getting attention for that. So I have to be honest (unlike the CNN host and guests), and say that I am for vaccines but I am against forcing people to take vaccines. It should be promoted and awareness should be the goal, not the mandate and force. That doesn’t make me anti-vaccine, and that doesn’t make RFK anti vaccines either.
Well - I have been nurse for 50 years and have two graduate degrees. Some vaccines should be mandatory - for example, measles - as a matter of public health. Children have no business going to school if they are not vaccinated against communicable diseases. And there is no scientific evidence that vaccines cause autism.

Yeah, I think there are some good policy planks but from what I've seen, he enjoys being the anti-vax guy and getting attention for that. He also spouted crazy talk about Ukraine and bio-weapons (bio-weapons were a Putin claim before the nazi stuff, or after, I can't recall among all the crap Putin claims). He's smart but to me he lacks a filter for the conspiracy stuff. His new VP follows the same crap. "More autistic kids now! Why?" a big reason is because we actually do more testing and evaluation for autism (and we have a lot more resources to help parents). More evaluation, more detected and fewer not finding out about their autism until their 40's and 50's. Correlation does not equal causation when it comes to autism and vaccines - which was studied and debunked 15 years+ ago AND the guy that came up with it all has been proven as a fraud. Yeah, I can't have a POTUS that would readily accept that stuff. Too dangerous.
Well policy wise all RFK Jr wants to do is make vaccines pass the same safety tests other medications do, so his views on vaccines won't effect anything negatively if he's elected, he's not trying to outlaw them.
