(CNN) - Major Chinese streaming platforms have censored an LGBTQ plotline in the popular TV series "Friends," causing fans of the show to express their anger on social media.
In the first episode, conversations regarding the character Ross's ex-wife, Carol Willick, who divorces him after realizing she is a lesbian, were deleted. Other conversations that were sexually suggestive were also edited out.
In the original version, Ross mentions that "there was only one woman" for Carol, who leaves him for her friend Susan Bunch, while his friend Joey asks him if he ever knew she was a lesbian.
"Friends," which stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer as six friends living in New York City, is wildly popular in China with a hugely loyal fan base.

Even after three decades, my heart still races every time I watch this video. I vividly remember being in China at that time, watching it with my family on CCTV as if we were right there in the moment. I can recall the broadcast presenter's words: "He was like a mantis trying to stop a car (螳臂当车)." None of us could believe what we were witnessing, and we were left speechless. The ground level picture makes this even more amazing. In that one, every one in the image is fleeing the tanks except this one dude. You can see what it felt like to be in that same situation. It drives home how completely against all self-preservation it was, what kind of confidence, conviction, balls, lack of care, or all of the above it took.
EDIT: We'll never know his real motivation, but the way he waves at the tanks at 0:24, it looks like he'd just had enough of the whole thing and didn't care any more. It almost looks like he'd detached from himself in the moment and was just saying "f-you." Like he could've been singing and dancing at the tanks. But then he climbs on the tank and has an argument with them, which would suggest that he was fully aware. Or he snapped out of it and maintained his conviction regardless.

"Chimerica" told me that the 'tank man' had immigrated to USA and lived in New York. Since US helped him immigrate in 1989, why did CNN report that he died?
I saw that the soldiers had maintained great patience, even allowed him to climb the tank. But I did not see tank "crushing the dead" at all.

I've learned a lot after going through old 1989 footages in a day, while many learn nothing after decades. Check this out.
What the hk protestors doesn't even realize is that they're being used by other countries to start tiananmen square 2.0. They're being mislead by fear and false promises.
So I come up with an analyze. Please tell me what you think mate. It has help me understand tiananmen square a lot better. Why? Because hk protest and tiananmen square protest are very similar.
I also understand why China censored it because that incident was all about sowing discords.
It's very hard to get people to see the truth, but I'll try it anyway.
Here is the things that many don't know about.
Pretty much every protestors leaves the Tiananmen square peacefully that night, until they're on the steet, that's where a group of rioter start killing soldiers. I'll cover that in a bit.

Someone threw a rock at his head regardless and laughed at him. That mentally is strong on every social media discussion, if you disagree with a hk sympathizer, they'll cuss at you by calling you a 50c, a communist, CCP, and all sort of nasty names. Anyway, this might explain why there were bloody corpses outside on the streets and not inside the Tiananmen square.
