hey colleen! i’m a type 1 diabetic and i would recommend poking the sides of your middle and ring finger because it hurts much less, and the index and pinkie finger are much more sensitive. although it may not hurt to me because i’ve had diabetes for 8 and half years. but also, i have the same glucose meter as you, i thought that was cool. lol.

Hey Colleen, just an FYI… if you prick your finger around the edges instead of right in the middle, it won’t hurt as much, because there are a heap of nerve endings in the middle of your fingertip! YOU ARE AMAZING! All my love from Australia

I still can't wrap my head around how she's going to give birth next month. I mean I know this pregnancy has been hell on earth for her, like she even had to deal with gestational diabetes and say goodbye to good food which was one of her main source of happiness, but she did it yall. She's still doing it. Colleen u are literally superwoman and we are all in awe of you.

Colleen!!!! i HIGHLY recommend having a calendar somewhere up where you will definitely see it every day with your due date MARKED and in the open in your face. I have ADHD and I struggle with the permanence of my negative emotions as well. And KNOWING it will be over soon and SEEING how the days are passing and crossing off days might be like a mental advent to get ready for the babies! Also, you can write “CAN EAT SUGAR AGAIN!” on all the days after you give birth! 🤣❤️🙏🏻

You are so cute! I deal with chronic illness and while it is very different from being pregnant, I appreciate how real you are about the struggle of dealing with medical things. Also, I am a twin and I am totally looking forward to meeting your babies! I appreciate your outlook on it and I know you’re going to do a fabulous job having 3 kiddos in the house. My twin and I both have very distinct identities, but with my twin and my older sibling we know that no matter what, we’ll always have each other’s backs. Flynn is going to be a great brother, I can already see it. From the stories I heard about my childhood I sometimes have no idea how my parents did it, so I know there will be challenges but you will get through it and your family will thrive. Sharing my love and hope as you get through this, very excited to see what’s next!

I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant with my first baby. These videos, and your first pregnancy ones, make me feel so much less alone while having a really tough pregnancy (I’m pretty much sick or in pain 95% of the time) because every other person I see who’s pregnant on social media makes it look like sunshine and roses to the point where I feel like I’m the problem, I’m just weak.

Me currently at 5 months pregnant with our baby girl: I work remotely and stay in pajamas all day. Unless, I have a doctor’s appointment to go to or have errands to run with my hubby. I couldn’t relate with you more, Colleen! I literally don’t fall asleep sometimes until 1am-ish. 🙃😊❤️

I had twins 12 yrs ago! I threw up 8 to 10 times a day and would pee my pants every time I did. I ate every 30 min the first 3 months. I ate every two hours after 3 months and this includes at night. I had 6 eggs and pound of bacon every morning. 3 Burritos for a snack, Taco Bell for lunch and wendys for a snack. Had a whole frozen pizza or 7 enchiladas for dinner. Cereal for a bed time snack and pudding and apple sauce every two hours during the night. I had insomnia, hypermesis, and horrible migraines. I found out I was having twins at 5 months. My twins weighed 6 and a half pounds and 7 pounds. I weighed 110 before getting pregnant with them and already have two children and I weighed 215 pounds before giving birth to them. After having them I threw up for two months. I’ve never had so many health problems after having babies in my life. I have a hormone imbalance, GERD and arthritis of the sternum and rib cage and I am in pain every day 12 years later. I love my girls and they were worth it. My biggest fear was not taking them home from the hospital after they were born. They both were healthy and big enough to take home 3 days after they were born! Would I do it again? Yes I would but no it wasn’t a fun experience.

Can we take a moment to stop and let Colleen know how GORGEOUS she is pregnant and glowing!!! Like so she can seeee!

I’m sure function of beauty has good products, but those bottles are TINY! I’d go through that so fast especially the conditioner!

I don’t know how you do that. I’m fighting both ears inflammation (with a lot of pain) and i didn’t sleep well since Tuesday (its Thursday). I spent my whole Wednesday crying and THursday too until the good-doctor-appointment, that actually gave me good medicine. I am exhausted and frustrated, I still got way more sleep then you do, it lasts since 2 days, i have no kids to take care of, my husband is taking care for me, and yet i feel terrible. I really don’t know where do you take your strength, you look beautiful in each vlog, I am just amazed. You rock Colleen!
