They’re typically made by individual artists and it’s usually extremely good quality merch. Redbubble is sustainable and eco-friendly. Bootleg merchandise is different than fan merch! I feel like this video wasn’t well researched.

I completely understand the frustration with others getting profit from your career and hard work but like someone else in the comments said, not everyone can afford a £30 shirt. I can buy my own stuff now because I have money but a lot of kids and teens still have to ask their parents and I know for a fact my parents wouldn’t have forked out that much for a shirt. I don’t mean to sound mad or rude but it would be nice if you could make your merch a little more accessible to more people.

Yeah, I’m also not a lawyer, but I’m pretty sure the froze toes one is not illegal at all because it is not a photo of Netflix’s “Froze Toes.” Netflix doesn’t own that name because it existed otherwise (maybe public domain?). Plus the art on the shirt didn’t really even resemble the popsicle Miranda ate. It’s completely original.

Actually it goes to XL and XXL. Those aren't technically plus sizes. Plus sizes are notated differently, as 1X, 2X, 3X, and 4X. The fit of a XL and a 1X are not the same. XXL fits closer to a 1X size. I typically wear a 2X, so her merch would be too tight on me even if I ordered the largest size offered.
