Ive not actually met anyone else that had the same pelvic issue thay I had during my pregnancy (roughly 10yrs ago). I was on crutches, then a granny frame & eventually using a wheelchair. The pain was terrible, walking was so hard. They explained it to me as having a floating pelvis (SPD). My back brace they made me wear didnt look half as good as yours though. I never had that cool body pillow either. Bet it would have made sleeping much easier. My advice is to keep your chin up, just keep thinking 'itll all be worth it in the end' when you get to hold your little one. But dont expect to be up and around and it all to be resolved straight after the birth however frustrating that is. It does takes a little while im afraid. Your lucky youve got such a good man to give you and the baby lots of support after the birth.

Pregnancy pillow is heaven indeed! A friend who went through breast removal surgery to fight cancer found it very useful too for sleeping.
I have one with a straighter, less structured shape and a looser stuffing, which makes it possible for it to double for a variety of other uses once the baby is born: fold it into two to keep them cozier by filling up empty space at the bottom of their crib (feet side) or support them when breastfeeding in rugby position, shape it as needed to support them in a sitting position when they still can't sit by themselves, support them in their first attempts to lift their upper body, make a reading/playing floor corner cozier... Just pay attention to suffocation hazard and don't let the baby below one year old sleep directly on/inside it unless under strict supervision.

hi okay it Took me 30 minutes to find this video but I finally did it. Two years ago I stumbled upon this video and when I saw the book recommendation at the beginning I was immediately intrigued I bought the book immediately and 2 1/2 years later it still stands to be my favorite book. The rule of one is truly amazing ( the whole entire fricken series is) and I literally owe it all to Colleen for showing it to us. It’s worth a read and I’m hoping this might encourage someone else to read it too. 😭😭
