kevin has a genuine vision of packer, so he just take the advice contained in the insult. Telling someone REEEEALLY overweight to get fit is a way to care for their health. I swear, it takes an amazing effort to be 100+ pounds over your healthy "medical-suggested" weight. In the future obesity will be treated like alcohol, gambling or drugs addictions.

Dwight is the nicest person in the office. Defending Jim from Roy and backing him up with Cathy, supporting phyllis when she was with back pain and affraid of being cheated, comforting Pam when she was crying, teaming up with Michael every time he needed him, like in the rap song, playing with Erin to make Andy jelous, willing to quit his job for respecting Angela's decision to not tell anyone about their relationship, trying to bond with Ryan when they became a sales team, etc. He is just the best!

He definitely is. He was eccentric, self-serious person but he did know how to care for his coworkers and the company. He is indeed the best character 🥺

Dwight is like that one strict teacher you had in school. Their approval meant everything and more!
I have professors and class advisors who had that kind of "teaching attitude", and I have nothing but respect for them, sure their strict demeanor during class hours might be annoying, but those strict teachers tend to be great educators. I had one or two professors back in college that we're branded as "terror professors" but only while in campus, after school hours and outside of campus they're the coolest people you'll ever meet. And some point, when the going gets good we even go out for drinks.
Up until now, even when we're all working and have families, we still have contact with our college/highscool teachers. They're almost like second family.
Dwight is strict, but no one needed his approval... 😒🤌 Sometimes he's so pedantic, that's why Jim did his pranks on him.
Dwight and Pam have a special relationship.
