Some great attention to detail, at 44:56, we can see three knives in the block when the character is down there, but, at 47:46 there are only two, after Cara too one of them.
Especially when you do the 3rd phase of “engrossment”, you can hear her pick it up before she turns the oven on.

By sneaking away or even just sprinting away u will have more distance between u and the person before they notice.
