Considering that this was done in 2010, with both of them at their peaks, and the rivalry at its fiercest makes this video even more endearing to watch.
The love and mutual respect they have for each other is mind-blowing.
I'm not entirely sure, but it seems like it died down around this time. Rafa was the best player in the world and Novak was number 2 from that year. Really, the rivalry kind of reached its climax around 08-09 and after that it was all rafa till 2017. I'm not sure if they would be able to do this in 09. Roger was under alot of pressure and full of tension around that time, and I don't know if he would be able to stomach this.

This is still the best footage for any Federer or Nadal fan. This just shows that the rivalry between the fans is just all childish. These two are competitors, champions and legends, but off the court they are just two people who have known each other all their lives. Seeing tonight just how emotional Roger & Rafa got....it's crazy how fast time goes by. These 2 went from rivals to close friends and partners, and it all seemed to happen in 24 hours. The respect, chemistry and love between the two is so touching. I'm still a mess from tonight's match and I will be for awhile, but watching this back is putting a genuine smile on my face. Ok Rafa's look is cutely funny and his english too but Roger is also so ready to laugh. That makes this video completely hilarious.
