Also though, that sounded like a d4, I thought they upped the hit die of wizards to d6 so they weren't quite so squishy? I guess I could have grabbed the book literally right next to me before I typed all this out but whatever I did this first then looked!
And they did change change it!!! YAY, people won't berate for having having 5 editions of the game in my head and not being able to keep them all straight! That's not even mentioning all the other tabletop rpgs that are mushed in there!!!

Keep it up, you're averaging 2-300 views per video, you could easily average 2,000 in the next year and that means you'll start to get paid for it. If you love to do KRplus you should keep it up. Just know that those friends who make fun of you for it are wrong.

@@tuesdaynext7370 Really they could have both done it and been just fine. There's a big difference between the way a hexblade plays and the way a fey warlock specializing in Eldritch Blast plays. Though it does seem like an EB lock would play an awful lot like a bow ranger.
@@Kurgosh1 True, however, Laura *decided* she didn't want there to be two warlocks. She was planning on being a warlock, Travis asked her if she minded if he became a warlock. So she decided to be cleric so there wouldn't be two.
In short, even though they could have done so, the player making the choice chose not to.

this was my exact reaction! so psyched!
IKR! That means he gets armor of hexes! I do think he maybe should've waited till Paladin 5 to dip back in, so he could swap out Thirsting Blade, but he's gonna shift is invocations and spells known around! I really hope he takes Warlock 11 at some point, because that is a huge jump. He gets another 5th level spell slot and his 6th level mystic arcanum.
not really a fan of it since being a paladin after warlock made sense lore wise but by god it will be nice to see that warlock hit like a truck from now on.
He is not making any oaths, which is interesting. Could Matt and Travis have a special RP event planned for the oath?

Me too, but I think still with the social distancing table it is responsible for them to seat Travis and Laura, and Marisha and Matt next to each others and I get, that the still want them to be arranged mostly the way how they actually sit in the room.

Having just finished The Last of Us 2, it's weird to hear Laura's and Ashley's voices be this happy together in the same room.
