I might be wrong but i find relief in that at your girst instance you analysed Hon. Mpuuga physical gestures correctly and i may also like to give my opinions and observations thereforth
1. Hon. Mpuuga seems to be directly addressing kyagulayi and NUP but if you closely listen and observe him he is great danger and fear and showing someone he is implementing the agreed deal
2. He feels frustrated that his colleagues tend to have left him in limbo.
3. Indeed mpuuga said the truth that he jas mo issues with kyagulayi but the invisible hand is at work
4. Hon. Mpuuga is trapped and he wants to see him one on one but also fearful of kulabisa style used by bobiwine.
People Hon. Mpuuga is not stupid and never anticipated this to happened but he also knows the truth but he has to give accountability to protect life and family.
To HE bobiwine, Hon mpuuga is in great danger and needs all possible help and try so much to reach out and somehow disregard his rants because his narration even to an intelligent teenager is not adding up and the other side just left him there with a rope.
