This is not a catchphrase, this is a threat. Here is written a handy guide on how to survive a Varli (SCP-6516) encounter.
*DISCLAIMER*
This is a survival guide, not a documentation of SCP-6516. As such, it does not use standardized formatting, and does not include most scientific data from research. A full scientific documentation is in development. An exact date cannot be provided at this time, but is expected by 27/7/2023
1- if you see a woman meeting Varli’s description, please leave the area at a normal pace. Do not make sudden movements try to act as casual as possible
2- if you are a minor, do not display any behavior that may be perceived as aggression. Varli will materialize and beat you until you can no longer stand up on your own. If you are experiencing high stress, it is advised to use a fidget toy or stress ball to calm yourself, or crush a tin can or plastic bottle in your hand. If you are often experiencing high levels of stress, it is advised to engage in meditative behavior, such as standard meditation, taking a warm shower, brushing your hair, taking naps, taking deep breaths, and covering your face with a warm towel. If these do not work, your doctor may prescribe stress relieving medication. You may be entitled to financial compensation and free martial arts training if you have been a victim of at least three attacks. Financial compensation for a minor experiencing a beating ranges from $700-$2000
3- do not attempt to fight Varli using firearms. Bullets will cease to exist shortly after exiting the barrel when in close proximity to Varli. It is instead suggested to use high power lasers for ranged combat. If you do not have access to a high power laser, hand to hand and blade combat are still effective, so it is advised to always carry a concealed gravity knife
4- if you catch Varli following you, get with a group of at least 4, then run. If a group consists of at least 4 people, Varli with hesitate for 30 seconds before chasing. You must use this time wisely. Varli will then run at speeds up to 50 MPH exactly (80.4 KMPH) on four limbs to catch her prey. You must not flee in open terrain once this occurs. You must hide, climb, or utilize environment hazards to flee. So far Varli has not been observed to climb without the use of a ladder.
5- Varli does a ritual in which she will hypnotize victims with the words “Love more, hate less,”. If you hear these words being chanted, use headphones, hearing protection, or your hands to block out the sound and leave the area immediately. It is not known what happens to those who are fully hypnotized. If you see someone being hypnotized, shout as loudly as possible “PLEASE STOP!”. Then run. Do not check to see if it worked. If you try to save them you’ll both die
6- Varli’s followers (SCP-6516-01) are suspected to be victims of hypnosis. They act as shells of their former selves. They will chant “Love more, hate less,” when Varli is near. You can use this as a warning. If you hear a random person chanting this, write down the street and leave. Do not report the incident to the police until you are out of earshot of the chanting. Then, contact law enforcement and tell them where the person was chanting. An MTF unit will be dispatched to contain SCP-6516. If a person seems to be deaf or unable to hear, tap on their shoulder four times. This is a signal to follow you out of danger. Abandon them if they do not respond the first time. As far as you or anyone else is concerned, they are already dead. An instance of SCP-6516-01 has been spotted in the reply section. Scroll down at your own risk

After observing D-class personal who have viewed SCP-6516 encounters on digital devices, the foundation has concluded that observing Varli digitally cancels out her hypnotic abilities. It is safe to use a mobile device to observe Varli, and it is advisable to do so to become more familiar with SCP-6516's behavior patterns.

According to videos circulating social media, SCP-6516 may shout the phrase "yeehaw" before either attacking or attempting hypnosis. If you hear someone shout yeehaw, prepare to either free or defend yourself.
