I'm a millenial, and I have no idea wtf he's on about. Earbuds have existed since the 50s. They're not a new thing. I guess the new thing is that there are earbuds now which actually stay in your ear, which is amazing, going my whole life with I guess tiny ears, but now there's the wireless ones they have to be made to not fall out, and so now I can headbang to some song with them in and they don't fall out. Like why would you complain about that? That's a great thing, a great advancement in technology and ergonomics
With boomers, they had their early adult life a lot easier. Welfare was much higher than it is now, university could be paid for with just a part time job, a single person in a couple working at a fast food place was enough to pay for an actual house etc. Unless you were black.
