It's okay deemd, I cried a lot too when the first year during my trainee at my work. I feel so helpless because I struggling and I can not catch up fast what my senior ask me to do. But it's okay , everyone is struggling when they had to face new experience. It's better you let it out the emotion than holding it.

I remember crying in the bathroom after my hospital duties while I am still a newbie nurse. I was so frustrated and I feel so useless because my seniors were pressuring me a lot, but I resigned from that work and now I am currently working to a different hospital and my new workmates are helping me a lot.
