딤디님이 댓글 다 보신다는 말에 그냥 써요,, 사실 털어놓고 싶은데 털어놓을 수가 없어서 그냥 누구라도 내 얘기를 들어줬으면 하는 마음으로,,,ㅎㅎ 유퀴즈에 학교폭력 관련하여 재단을 운영하시는 분이 나오셨는데 그 방송을 보고 펑펑 울었어요 저는 오랫동안 학교폭력을 당했었거든요 6년이 넘는 시간동안 한사람한테 지속적으로,, 스스로 생을 마감하고 싶다는 생각이 제일 처음 들었던게 10살이었던거 같아요 그때부터 시작이었거든요 끊임없는 시간동안 부정적이고 극단적인 생각을 계속 하다보니 22살이 된 지금도 저는 아직 이 생각속에서 헤어나오지 못하고 있어요 자기혐오와 낮은 자존감, 부정적이고 스트레스 받는 자극적인 상황이 닥쳐오면 바로 극단적인 생각을 하게 되요 오늘 영상 마지막에 딤디님이 좁은 세상속에 살고 있다고 하셔서 놀랐어요 제게는 크고 수없이 넓은 세상에 살고 계신분 같았거든요 저와는 다르게,,, 유학도 하시고 수많은 구독자에게 사랑도 받으시고 안정적인 생활과 든든한 가족들,,,,초창기부터 봐왔지만 댓글은 처음 쓰는거 같아요 그냥 감정에 휩쓸려서 막 적고 있는거 같은데 영상을 보면서 딤디님의 삶이 부럽기도 하고,,편안하고 안정적인 영상 분위기가 위안이되고 딤디님 영상 하나하나를 다 챙겨보게끔 만드는거 같아요 또 저는 제 세상이 가장 작고 외롭고 소외되있다고 생각하는데 딤디님 영상을 통해 또 다른 세상을 보는 기분이라 그것도 되게 재밌어요 그냥 감정에 휩쓸려 적은 푸념이에요 적으면서 저도 맥락이 없다고 느껴지지만,,,,그냥 딤디님 항상 좋은 영상 감사해요 방안에 박혀있어도 딤디님 영상을 통해 세상을 봐요

Your blogs are always really comforting for me to watch. Sometimes they help me focus on my own work when i see you working lol. Today I didn’t do much of anything even though I have a written exam due this week. But my family is coming to visit me this week! I live far from them and haven’t seen them since the holidays. Deemd, I can really relate to your feelings when you said you wish you make friends at your new town.. I’m moving out to a new town at the end of this week for college and I’m so nervous. I’m also a huge introvert so even though I didn’t move out yet I already am thinking about things like that. Especially after the pandemic period when we all had to stay at home, my social skills have really decreased, so that makes me extra anxious to go live on my own. I hope I can make good friends there. At least I’ll have your videos to keep me company~ have a good week!

I was feeling very lethargic these days and felt miserable trying to wake up early. But your video always gives me both motivation and comfort. I feel relatable on a spiritual level when you almost felt asleep while studying and when you rushed through deadline with emo TVXQ songs lol. You playing your original playlist also puts a smile on my face for the first time in the whole week deemed. I'm an introvert and struggling because my current work forces me to step out of my comfort zone a lot but I don't feel too desperate because I still have your video to look forward to every week. It's tough but we're all gonna strive forward, I'm sure of that!

저는 얼마 전 오랜만에 일자리를 구하고나서 출근을 시작했는데, 일 하다보니 체력이 저질인 걸 알아서 운동을 시작하려 마음을 먹었어요.
사실 일 시작할 때부터 운동하려 했으니 벌써 3개월이 되어가는데, 이런 저런 핑계로 안했지만, 딤디 조깅하는 거보고 용기내서 피티도 알아보고 이거저거 알아보다가 그냥 제가 제일 좋아하는 수영을 등록했습니당ㅎㅎ 비록 한 달에 한 주는 못나가는 안타까운 운동이지만 물을 좋아하면 할만 한 것 같아요!
이번 주가 첫 수업이었는데, 출근 전에 운동하고 가려고 7시 수업을 등록했더니 늦잠을 자서 결석, 지각했습니다ㅠ 그래도 결석에서 지각으로 진화했다는 데에 의의를 두려구요!
딤디도 피티 비록 조금 호구잡힌 것 같더라도 같이 열심히 운동해서 저질체력 탈출하길!
그리고 일하는 곳 점심식사가 너무 비싸고 맛없어서 도시락을 한 번 싸볼까 고민중이에요.
다른 분들은 냉동 도시락을 여러 개 주문해서 드시는 분들도 계신데, 저는 편식이 심해서 그렇게 시키면 몇가지 반찬은 남을텐데, 남은 음식 처리하기가 어려울 것 같더라구요. 그리고 매일 일회용품이 너무 많이나오는 것도 마음이 무겁구요.
근데 요리엔 완전 젬병이라 잘 될 지 모르겠네요 ㅎㅎ
일단 계획은 세워보았습니다요☘️
항상 본인의 일상을 공개하는데 다른 사람의 일상도 궁금하지 않을까 싶어서 댓글 남거봤어요.
이번주에 살짝 방황햤다고 했는데 요즘 날씨가 너무 좋으니까 햇빛 보면 기분이 좀 나아지지 않을까요?
저는 이번주에 봄타는 건지 별 일에 다 서럽다가도 하늘이 너무 예뻐서 점심시간이나 퇴근시간에 하늘 보면서 기분전환이 잘 되더라구요.
밖에 나가는게 힘들면 그냥 집에서 창문으로라도 하늘 자주 보면서 기분전환되길 바랄게요. 다음 주 피티도 화이팅:)
