요즘 쇼핑을 폭풍 해주셔서 넘나 대리만족 되고 있는걸료,,❤️ 딤디따라 손민수하거싶ㄸㅏ증말 ㅠㅠ 그리구 저도 목, 어깨 때문에 몇 달을 추나치료+도수치료 받았는데 병원에서 알려주는 운동 계속 하믄서 턱걸이를 꾸준히 해주니까 좀 많이 완화됐어요! 방문 사이에 홈트용 턱걸이 설치해서 고무 밴드 튼튼한 거 매달고 밴드에 서서(?) 그 탄력으로 턱걸이 하면 쉬워유,, 어깨와 날개뼈+등, 팔 힘까지 키워주는 마법의 동작!

며칠 전에 임용 2차 끝내고 조마조마하게 결과 발표만 기다리고 있었는데 딤디님 영상 올라와서 불안함 싹 사라지구 그냥 행복해졌어요..♡

Yoga. You can literally do a whole session lying down or on your knees. I'm exactly like you, as in I suffer from really bad neck and upper back ache - I work a lot in front of a computer. I did a session of yoga the other day and it fixed it. You also get super strong. On another note, I've been watching your vlogs for awhile (from Australia!). I saw that you're struggling with a career path in life. For someone who has done 2 postgraduate degrees (I completed my PhD in 2020) - I went through the same struggle. I couldn't seem to find my niche. I ended up doing a PhD, not because I was interested in the topic but because I had no direction - but also I loved learning, like you. And I learnt a lot! You pick up different skills doing a post-grad. I worked part- time while doing it and ended up going from a very junior position straight into a manager role 2 months after completion (I am currently the head of sustainability for my company). This may not be true for everyone though as there is also tremendous value in practical experience that you just don't get at university. All the best though! You'll find your path if you keep trying to search for it.

Tip for getting some exrecize at home, whitout doing to much:
1. whenever you wait for something to cook, take a few situps or pushups while the time passes.
2. do some squats while brushing your teeth.
3. situps in bed while watching series
(and just basically do some exrecizes whenever you remember :)
But dont stress it!
