Bro, I love your videos as always but as a CS student, I want to correct you on some points.
1) DNS only stores frequently used domain (website name) IP address and also deletes IP address regularly (as memory gets full).
2) DNS can't block websites. So changing DNS server to 8.8.8.8 won't unblock anything.
3) Gateways are used to block websites. Gateways can see every website, picture, message, video, etc that you are using on the internet.
4) These gateways are present on any node(means where 2 or more networks meet).
Keep on spreading knowledge.

A.P.N.I.C.- asia pacific network internet registries ( which provide continent level internet then comes
N.I.R.- national internet registries which provides country level internet then comes
L.I.R.- local internet registries which provides states/province level internet then comes
I.S.P.- internet service provider ( end user internet service provider)
