Is it me or at 18:10 are those pork tenderloin not cooked? Isnโt it very dangerous to eat raw pork? Maybe Iโm wrong and theyโre doneโฆ.anyway, great video, tho!!
Apparently in Korea they eat raw pork in some areas but it has to be freshly butchered the same day it's eaten, It's pretty uncommon though.

No worries. That is actually well-cooked if what I was told from some of the other tonkatsu stores in South Korea is correct. Basically, they told me that it look as if it is undercooked because of its color at the center, but this is solely due to hemoglobin (My apologies for the faint memory).
Pork is fine with a little pink at the center as long as it hit the desired cooking temp. It's safe to eat.

That's actually not true. A little pink in the middle is fine as long as it hit the 145 degrees cooking temp.
