Suhyun's calming vocals sounds like Mulan as a filial daughter, simply looking out for her father. That's just me tho.
That may be true, as far as I’m concerned the tale of Mulan was originally told with the emphasis on the values of a good child devoted to their parents, especially within the Chinese culture, although Lee su hyun is South Korean...

Not being able to satisfy the matchmaker, and even worse, dishonoring your family is one of the worst things you could do in Asian culture. The song is also not just about Mulan its about finding who you really are and the wanting to get to that point. If you were to ever see the 1998 movie you would notice the lyrics of Lea’s version and Christina’s are different. They convey two different ideas while having the same chorus. Its a truly wonderful song.

뮬란은 애니메이션이 최고였다.

영화 뮬란 자체는 거의 중국 눈치 보며 만든 점이나 홍콩 사태에서 중국 지지하고 나선 유역비 때문에 볼 것도 없이 불매지만, 수현 노래는 정말 보물이다ㅠㅠㅠ모두가 수현과 디즈니의 만남을 그렇게 바라왔는데ㅠㅠㅠ진짜 제대로 보여주네...목소리가 어떻게 이렇게 맑고 깨끗하면서도 곧고 힘있는지. 원작 뮬란 캐릭터와 정말 잘 어울려!!!!
