I was always taught Not to gossip and that it’s wrong. It’s talking about someone else in a situation you aren’t involved in , or talking about personal information or something you heard about that’s not any of your business. Usually it’s not good news. I wouldn’t trust someone if they gossip.

The amount of ship videos on KRplus is terrifying. There is no group that is exempted from this...Sometimes, rumours from fans get so hyped up that even websites publish articles about them...When I see those types of videos or articles pop up, what Peniel said is what I always worry about: that these ships or rumours may potentially ruin a friendship because I know I'd feel very awkward with a friend if I had dating rumours with him/her. People did that One Direction too. Years later, a member admitted that those romance rumours about him and another member harmed their friendship because he would stay distant from him to avoid further rumours. It's so sad that people's "entertainment" is harming friendships. Plus, I don't understand the point of doing that...What benefit do you get from speculating about someone's personal or romantic life? It feels as though people these days want to live vicariously through others. Also, what you guys said about 95% of things we hear about celebrities being untrue reminded me of a webtoon called Lost in Translation. I really hope it becomes more popular because it shows how rumours can harm celebrities and can be far from the truth.

Spoke facts. These fans donot understand the limit of fun and entertainment or they are just cute together concepts. People would be terrified in real life if rumours or shipping began between real friends or two complete strangers . Those strangers cannot be outgoing anymore. They have to be restricted and act very cautiously to avoid any kind of wrong hints to those people. Best example is lizkook. Two poor souls put together all the time. Videos reach upto 10 m views. We don't see both groups being outgoing and enjoying in the award shows anymore. These shipping videos are actually doing what dispatch does and the very fans hate. But it's alright if they zoom in camera and magnify with slo-mo ,the moment of the eye with arrows and multiple angles😒😒😒😒 . If dispatch can be sued ,then these so called "fancams" for shipping must be too.😤😤😢😢

For sure I saw a clip of a podcast about Eric Nam talking about being on Getting Married (or whatever that show is called) and feeling so cautious and afraid to talk about even though it was just a show for fun. Truly teen fans are craaazy intense and it sucks that they can’t really be as close as they might want to today or he feels this anxious to talk about it. I admite I’ve been one of those shippers at times but at the end of the day it’s their business and everything in my head is mostly fake.

I doubt they will talk about dating life bcuz its sensitive and it can effect idol private life and about fake personality actually its not fake but just they have their own image. Fyi, company build this image on every idol. Example: chic image, mysterious image, cute image and funny image. If u really pay attention to idol u like or stan you will notice they sometimes talk like this "ahh my image" when they do something funny or things not usually they do. Its just like company marketing strategy.

Considering that there are consequences towards idols if their private life is exposed, and the fact that some people just don't want their private lives mixed in with their jobs which I think is very reasonable. It seriously can harm friendships/relationships with members in a group OR friendships/relationships of a group with another group. This kind of insight in the idol world is much needed. Regarding dating rumours, I think like 'shipping' and actually believing that two are dating is different. Like when someone 'ships' I think it's more of just them saying oh they would make a cute couple but then actually believing they are dating, that's when it can get toxic.

It's so sweet that Matthew gave Super Junior a shoutout! They're huge seniors but I've never seen them being anything but extremely open and welcoming. I love that that's true behind the scenes too! SJ and Kard shot an episode of Super TV I think?? and I remember Heechul, Siwon, Hyukjae and many others were SO sweet to them. Love to see how humble they are.

After only getting into the rabbit of Kpop a year ago I'm amazed and perplexed at the amount of member 'shipping'. I just don't get it, I might be old (30s) but seeing members interact just looks like close friends and a sisterhood, I don't see it as any more, but the amount of 'shipping' videos, twitter 'stan' accounts for it is just really really creepy. I'd love to know what you guys think of that, if it makes you act differently with members or act it up to help the hype.
