33 is basically the same as 23, I just turned 30 and I havent really changed much after I was 22-23, I act the same, look the same, talk the same.. only thing that evolves is the thought process and that doesnt really show on the outside. I think a lot of people realizes this when they tuen 30 or 30+, youre still the same.

Can confirm Jay Park is extremely humble. I met him at a meet and greet on his tour and i told him I really admired him and he thanked me multiple times.
Can confirm. Met him at one of his shows. It was at a club. He could have gone back to his hotel and rested after he performed, but he stayed and interacted with almost everyone. Me and my friends left at around 2am and he was still there hanging out lol

βFansβ need to stop telling Jay when he should or shouldnβt retire. How many times does he have to say that heβs overworked, on the verge of being burnt out till fans start to listen? Iβve been a fan since he debuted in 2pm, Iβve been there from the beginning and I of course donβt want to see him retire but ultimately itβs his choice. When he feels like heβs ready to stop, heβll choose to stop. Fans need to stop being so goddamn pushy, self-centred and selfish by telling him what he should be doing. If you were a real fan, you would want what is best for him.

Yo who would hate Jay Park though? He's a professional doing his work, he's passionate about what he does, he knows how to joke around and have fun when situations are indeed like that, he's also very nice and friendly to everyone. There's no reason for you to hate him tbh.
Jay's "not giving up" attitude is truly inspirational. Struggling with my Ph.D thesis, almost gave up..so going through contents of Jay has been positive vibes...like his song "I got this" says "watch me" i got this is a mantra.
I was supposed to start my PhD this year but couldnt due to pandemic. Now I am sooo lost, watching youtube videos all days and shits :( I hope I can be productive again

I luv how Jay refers to American pop culture. I get all his references. His hybrid background makes him that much more powerful, interesting. Someone's going to take that negatively. It means he has a duality, actually he's multi dimensional. He's still young but his mind and soul is like a wise old man. Luv his depth.
Eric, always a great host. This is a great show. It gives me a window to artists I may not have otherwise checked out. Not talking about current guest obviously.

This shows how genuine & good person Jay is, ( not trying to be cheesy or whatever) but I wish we all had someone like Jay in our life then life would have been so much better. I have been his admirer for almost a decade and he and his music has influenced me in a very very positive way. This is my first time watching DJ Wegun's interview and I have to say that I can see why Jay is really close to him. It seems that he has a very clear vision of himself and has a very similar attitude in being authentic to the culture as Jay. Respect to DJ Wegun, he sounds like an amazing person. being his fans since day 1 and decided to follow what everything he does, really made big impact in my life. his hadwork, his dedication (not only for his two owned label, family and artist but also for people around him) and his personality. i adore and respect him so much, not only as a fan to artist but also as a human being. i learn so much from him for not to give up easily, keep going and do what i want to do. sometimes i feel tired and not really well but listening to every song of him boost my energy.

I know Jayβs Korean has improved drastically, but why do I still get shocked by his fluency and choice of vocabulary? π€£
Although itβs improved drastically, itβs nothing βspecialβ (?). He still sometimes has trouble understanding concepts and has to ask friends for help sometimes. Also his lyrics have never been complex compared to other rappers. He usually makes a song in English and then translates them into Korean .

I didnβt say his Korean is perfect or anything. Speaking and writing are different stories. You could be pretty fluent speaking in one language but that doesn't mean you will be as fluent in writing. Iβm just so impressed by his use of sophisticated Korean words, thatβs all
