The fact that Tinkaton plays golf with Corvinknight as the objective/hole is Amazing. Immediately loved the mon, used it on my team and is hella strong.

Koraidon is the not the mentioned king. In Scarlet/Violet when you take the history class, you’ll learn about the Paldean Empire and it’s King from 2000 years ago. So Wo-Chien, as well as the other ruinous Pokémon, should be anywhere between 800-2000 years old, roughly at least. It was also stated that the King was a Tyrant, so you can only imagine all the things this dude did.

Fun Fact: We always knew aliens existed. Deoxys, the Elgyem line, Solrock, and Luntone are all from space, with Deoxys being an alien orb that fell into the ocean after fighting Rayquaza.

I think Rabsca is a Pokémon that has achieved semi-immortality.
As a Rellor it collects mud and sand and maybe dung and rolls it around. Being around the ball so much lets Rellor transfer its psychic energy or soul into the ball. Upon evolving there is now a baby manifested inside the ball, and now Rabsca carefully tends to it until the offspring emerges. I think that Rabsca literally transfers its own mind and soul into this ball and rebirths itself in a perfect loop. As long as nothing happens to the ball or Rabsca, the cycle will never end.
This may also explain why Rabsca learns Revival Blessing, and the other other one who can has defibrillators for arms

There is a theory that Mega Evolution was just bringing a Pokemon back to a more primal but powerful form. It could mean that the Roaring Moon Dex entry could be hinting at that theory.

The violet entry for Miraidon is more interesting than the scarlet one: “This seems to be the Iron Serpent mentioned in an old book. The Iron Serpent is said to have turned the land to ash with its lightning.” The entry in the opposite game for both mons just mentions it being an alternate version of cyclizard

The "magazine" the pokedex are referencing is actually the Occulture Magazine which is filled with some crazy conspiracies and you can read them in the Academy Library in the entrance hall and the lighthouse lab. It's moreso speculation than anything concrete.

I believe Quaxly isn’t from the Canary Islands, it would actually be from Brazil, since Quaquaval is based on Carnaval, a worldwide known Brazilian celebration of it’s culture. But this is just my opinion

The paranormal ones shouldn't be taken too seriously
They are Dex entries of the opposite games where the other versions' paradox form don't exist
Their game's Dex entries are always mentioning that they are "they are probably the creature/object mentioned in a manual"

Ash caught his Dragonite on an island full of the evolution line so I think the Dragonite Dex entry may have actually been referencing the anime

Roaring Moon's similarities to Mega Salamence makes me wonder if Mega Evolution draws out the power that a Pokémon would've had in prehistoric times. So theoretically, all megas would look similar to past paradox forms. That would be really cool if true. (this doesn't work for Mewtwo, but you could argue that it was created to be able to Mega Evolve)

Also I want to mention stantlers entree. It mentions that it was able to evolve in the past. Its a nice nod to Wyerdeer

Theory: What if Quaxly had a different evolution line in the past? It did say that it came from distant lands, so maybe it still had its original Evolutions, and we could maybe see those original Evolutions in a future Legends game about the region Quaxly is from

Maybe the mega evolution is bringing those pokemon to primal powers but it isn't perfect so they only appear to be half of what they used to be

I'm pretty sure the king is not koraidon, I think you can learn about the king who is a person in history class at the academy and it talks about how he had received the 4 items representing the ruinous legends and then they turned out to be pokemon and destroyed his riches or something cause he was too greedy I think

I think the paradox pokemon are wild, since the information about them in-game conflicts with itself. The game tells you that they came from the past/future, but they're written about and described in books that predate the creation of the professors' time machine. The books that show the paradox beasts/forces of nature state that they're "illustrations of what people THINK they would look like", implying that the other paradox pokemon may be the same, which calls into question the whole ending of the story, which I 100% believe was totally intentional.

In the first gen there was a Betamon that looks like magnetone but the 2 balls without magnets (or without any magnets visible) so someone thought and draw literally a Magnetone and for the balls he attached 2 big magnets like the actully paradox form of Magnetone

It may also be the region that Yungoos and Gumshoos would be native to, since they're both specifically based on small Indian mongooses that were imported to Hawaii, the real life Alola region.

I think the Dragonite dex entry is referencing the anime when Ash caught his dragonite on an island full of them.

I dont see a lot of people talking about how the paranormal magazine in the future paradox pokemons dex entries is made by the dubious company which made the dubious disk which evolves porygon2 which is sort of a robot. I have a theory that in the future the dubious company makes the future paradox pokemon that are in those magazines

The magazine they are referencing in the dex is the Violet/Scarlet book. The Scarlet entries don't say Violet book, they say magazine; and the same goes for Violet with the Scarlet book. They just don't refer to it as such.

Annihilape pokemon entries talks about how primampe became to angry to die and how annihilape is even angrier than primape and that primape has been holding back its anger the whole time.

When you said Quaxly could be from an African continent I yelled out “I called it!!!” Lol When I started Violet and inspected my house I saw a picture by the front door of what looked like Cape Town South Africa! Then add in the yellow daisies close to the painting that looked like a variety native to South Africa. I immediately hoped that we get an African inspired region next or eventually. Lol

Quaxly is most likely based on the Crested Duck, which is native to Asia, but more specifically, the East Indies and were brought from Asia to Europe on Dutch Ships. Does Quaxly dex entry foreshadow a Dutch region in the future (We also have the Starry Nights Picture in BDSP and Artazon, which is clearly Dutch inspired with its art, flowers and the windmill).

Ok here's a thing about future paradox pokemon:
1)the reason why all of them are robots is probably because the planet was no longer able to provides us and pokemon with substances to live
2)the reason why all of the shinies are chrom is probably just because in the future they wanted to simplify things so they made shiny chrom

The Jumpluff thing might just be its natural life span. I don't think using Cotton Spore has any impact in its life span if it's a young Jumpluff.
Also, something to really have in mind is that all the Paradox Pokemon entries are supposed to be taken from sensationalistic/pulp fiction magazines articles so they MUST NOT be taken as face value.

@Dobbs just a question but did you go do the History classes? While not by name, you learn all about the Legendary quartet and the King they speak of in the entries. The classes are actually a good way to immerse yourself more into the region itself, least with the History classes

The fact that you don't know who is this king that Wo-chien's entry talks about means that you didn't take history classes at the academy.

The dolphin Pokemon that's a superhero reminds me of All Might from MHA especially for the fact both of them have a big muscular hero form and a small weak form respectively. In gen 6 (if I recall correctly), they mention how Mega Evolution is drawing upon ancient powers and abilities. Given that the Roaring Moon is a potentially ancient Salamance, this means we're seeing evidence of this hypothesis. This would also mean that Mega Evolution is not perfect for restoring a Pokémon to its potential.

I’m pretty sure corvinight and bisharp don’t actually die, but simply drop scrap for Tinkaton’s hammer, like Veluza. And I feel that roaring moon is meant to show how and why mega Salamanca exists. Mega evolution can bring about old genes and features, so maybe Mega Salamence is an in between of modern salamence and roaring moon?

The story of the "king" described in the entries for the artifacts of ruin Legendaries is actually taught by the History professor at Uva/Naranja academy during the game.

Just a couple of things.
Paradox mons are heavily implied to NOT really come from the past/future, so take those descriptions with a grain of Nacli.
As for actual aliens in the Pokemon universe, even excluding things such as Deoxys and Beheeyem, in SuMo there was a side quest that basically let you interact with real non-pokemon aliens and that side quest also confirmed that those aliens were the source of O-powers. So yeah, we've had proper confirmations for a while now.

Dinosaurs most likely refers to several of the fossil pokemon as they are based off of dinosaurs though there is much doubt surrounding whether or not the paradox pokemon are from the past and future.

The fact that Scream Tail/Jigglypuff hasn't evolved much over 1 billion years proves that it's a near-perfect organism. Unless the Pokedex is being hyperbolic with how far back it dates. After all, not much is known about Scream Tail, and the Pokedex is prone to exaggerated entries, such as Gliscor.

Maybe cleffa (she came from space as a star) and sunkern were once one race of creatures.
