I love the idea of being able to own multiple properties! I'd love to be able to have my Sim be a landlord and rent out homes they own. I also really wish we had a real estate agent career.

I actually forced myself into the christmas spirit by decorating my house and putting up lights outside, I thought it was the only thing that could save my year, and it did help a lot

Yesss please show us your take on larger/family homes! When I play with families it’s usually about 4-5 sims but I like for each kid to get their own room 😂 would loveee to see larger homes on your channel!

I like how we have Etsy for Sims, now I wish there was an Airbnb for sims, like you can rent out lots you own. The nicer they’re decorated, the more you can charge nightly.

I have never been so in love with a channel on the first video. Your mic and voice are so clear, your ability to recreate real life buildings is just astonishing. Don’t even get me started on that interior design chile... Typically i skip through these kinds of videos but I literally sat through every second without moving from my seat and breaking eye contact. Keep it up thank you for the hard work!

It's my first time here. I love that you talk in the video, it's so soothing to listen to and nice to hear like the ideas behind the decorations etc ^_^ this build looks so good and realistic in the sense that not only it matches the picture 10/10 but I could imagine myself (or my Sims) living here. It's very natural and not too full.

I was in the Christmas spirit since September. Im not a person of being outside, I prefer to be in my home, in the cozy vibe and taking some hot cocoa while I watch Sims videos, read and spend time with the family 🥰

Yeah, Canadian here too haven't seen any Santa in any malls at all. I too also feel the same how Christmas is very different this year.. I always forget that there's holidays as I don't look up or care too much for holidays cause we have to stay home just for safety precautions. But we do get birthdays we celebrate in the household only of course but usually I would go out and eat when it's somebody's birthday lol. Thanks for this wonderful video as always! Your voice is just really calming or something I like watching simmers build! Girl.. I've been playing the Sims for about 12 years now. This is a beautiful house build. Very charasmatic and impressive. It's cool you're able to copy this build from an image- I have attempted many times and can't ever seem to get it how I want it to look compared to the picture reference. i feel like i'm definitely in the outcast group where i almost exclusively build homes/apartments for one individual sim with an office rather than family homes bc my brain short-circuits for homes with more than two bedrooms

To make the build in seat for the wider seats is to place the cabinets like done here then make a half wall that isn’t attached to another wall and put the cabinets on them. Rotate the wall and place it so those cabinets are in the same squares as the first set of cabinets. Then use the sledge hammer to get rid of the walls. Then put in a large bench. I do this often. :) its playable.

i normally don’t watch larger builds like this because i find them a bit same-y and boring but this build is incredible !! this is the first video of yours i’ve watched but i’m definitely subbing and watching some more🥰 also i’d love to see you do larger family builds! people always make them so that the kids share rooms but i love mine having their own rooms, especially when they’re different ages. i normally play with 2 parents and 3 kids so a big family house would be great (:

I love your houses and I think they fit well on bigger lots and more luxurious sims, but I would love if you do I wouldn't say bigger houses but with more rooms, my families tend to get pretty big. And I like the colors, looks more unique

I live in England and the only thing that would make me feel like Christmas is Snow, and yes i do feel like Christmas but not as much as last year
