Before I discovered this type of earphone I used AirPods with transparency on but sometimes it made my ear hurt after an hour or so. Over ear stuff was out of the question as it would have separate me from the environment in an urban area, which is dangerous.
    So Bone Conduction changed the way I live my life. It can be on my head for hours without discomfort. I can hear contents really good and at the same time my environment, I can make conversations while it is on me just pausing the music. I can make calls, dictate ideas comes up while busy with sport or work... I can only recommend. But only decent ones not the cheapest kind.

    I had a good conversation with my doctor and cardiologist, and they both agree that if I were to cook my own food every day, and "over salt" everything, I would have less salt intake than if you ate food from the store that was pre-made for every meal. In theory, even if I ate 1/4 cup of salt in my food, so much of that gets evaporated. However, if you eat at mcdonalds for every meal for one day, you could have an equivalent to 1/2 cup of salt per day just from the perservative action of salt used in frozen meats. So moral of the story, as many home-prepared foods are always more beneficial to your diet rather than industrial made food.

    • @leahgillespie556
      @leahgillespie556 2 년 전 +19

      I 100% agree with your message but would like to note that salt does not evaporate. The amount of salt you put into something is how much there is, although it may be in juices or other parts that you aren't eating. You're right though, make your own food, it's so much better for you.

    • @olha_
      @olha_ 2 년 전 +2

    I can 100% confirm that getting nauseous because of a bad smell is an evolutionary adaption to protect you. On two occasions I ate mussels, the first time they were in a curry and afterwards I became violently ill. I had assumed I got food poisoning or the flu. Years later I had just steamed mussels with butter as the main part of a meal on Christmas eve, eating up to 25 mussels. Later that night I was so violently ill I genuinely thought I was going to die I begged my parents to take me to the hospital. I burst the blood vessels and capillaries in the whites of my eyes, in the skin on my face, neck and upper chest and I was sore for days. Turns out I'm extremely allergic to Mussels.
    Now whenever I smell curry, mussels or strong seafood smells I get incredibly nauseous and even a bit dizzy. It's literally like my body is freaking out and going, " No! We are not doing this again!"
    Now I know I can never go to Indian restaurants or India because I'll smell curry and I struggle even passing by the seafood part of grocery stores and I have to hold my breath. Logically I know the smells or even curry alone will not hurt me but my instincts tell my body to abort.

    • @babalabaloo11111
      @babalabaloo11111 2 년 전 +6

      This is actually an example of classical conditioning! You had a bad reaction to mussels while eating them in a curry, so your conditioned to be nauseated at the smell/taste of curry. The smell (curry) has become a conditioned stimulus, resulting in a conditioned response (nausea)

    If you're one of them, remember to not eat the chips inside Apple products, they're poisonous.
    If you use other devices to listen to music, remember that 60% might be too much or too little.
    I listen to a setup that forces me to keep the volume level below 30% or it becomes deafening.
    There's no all-encompassing industry standard for that.
    Just set it to a comfortable level, then lower that a bit more,

    Lemons do not help you loose weight directly, but if you are overweight there is a good chance that your galbladder is backed up with thickened bile. Lemon juice (not with sugar), and apple cider vinegar do help liquify the bile so that it can perform its job better. Better digestion triggers weight loss, as long as you are not stuffing your face at every turn or keeping a diet high in sugar and simple carbs.
