연습생시절 우연히 인터넷 방송을 시청했는데, 처음은 와 연습생 진짜 많다~ 연습생들은 저런 모습이구나~했지만 동창같은 남고딩 모습을 하며 재밌게 놀다가도 어느순간 연습에 들어가면 집중하고 작은 각도 하나까지도 맞추는 카리스마를 보고 와...로 바뀌었고, 어느 순간 항상 방송을 시청하고 데뷔프로그램을 찍었을때 확실히 입덕했죠!

웬만한 아이돌 거의 다 팠고 걸그룹,보이그룹 할거없이 많은 아이돌들 좋아했었는데 오래 가지 못하고 탈덕을 하는 경우가 대부분인데 세븐틴 데뷔초때 장발정한이 보고 관심이 갔었는데 그때 다른 그룹 좋아하고있어서 그냥 자체제작돌인데 안무 노래 좋아서 좋은 인상을 남기고 스쳐갔는데 고잉세븐틴이랑 승관이가 예능에서 활약하고 울고싶지않아 활동에 눈에 자꾸 띄어서 입덕부정기를 지나고 길고 긴 시간이 지나 겨우 입덕하게 된 캐럿으로써 확실히 세븐틴 입덕하고 얘네는 찐이다 라는 느낌을 많이 받은것같고 내가 눈이 까다롭다고 할만큼 다른 사람의 단점이 잘 보이는 경향이 있는데 정말 한명한명 꼬집어 살펴봐도 노력하고 열정적이면서 실력도 있으니까 볼때마다 기분이 좋아지는 묘한 감정이 드는 그룹이고 좀 뜰때 좋아하게 되서 데뷔초에 어땠는지 몰랐고 인원수가 많으니 대형소속사에서 아니면 좀 받쳐줄수있는 소속사겠지 했는데 세븐틴 데뷔초 당시 힘들었던 소속사 플레디스라는거에 놀랐고 그런 열악한 환경 속에서 이렇게 오로지 서로만 믿고 화이팅하면서 자신들의 색깔로 음악을 한다는걸 알고 완전 뭔가 색다른 느낌을 받고 시간이 지날수록 점점 정이 떨어지는게 대부분이였는데 되려 점점 파고파도 나오는 매력들에 정신 못 차리고 빠져들고만 있는데 가끔 논란있고 열애설 장난아닌 그룹들에 여러번 데였던 사람으로써 너무 평화로워서 맘도 놓이고 순한 사람이라는게 방송용이 아니라 정말 순해서 순한게 딱 느껴지는 그런 멤버들이라 5년차정도 되가고 있는데도 큰 논란없이 잘 성장해준것 같고 정말 좋아한다는 말이 부족할정도로 뭐든 다 해주고 싶고 그럴수있을것 같아서 내 인생의 반을 가득 채워주는것같고 아무래도 팬사랑도 고마울정도로 해주니까 힘들때 위로를 받기도 하는것같다 진짜 아이돌의 팬으로써가 아니라 13명의 사람들이 너무 소중하고 존경스럽고 멋진 존재들인것같아ㅠㅠ 존재 자체만으로도 빛을 내는 그런 보석 세븐틴의 캐럿이지만 세븐틴이 정말 진정한 내 캐럿이다 증마류ㅠ 나는 세븐틴 좋아하려고 태어난 사람같아 세븐틴 덕에 없던 꿈이 생기고 용기가 생기고 내 인생이 밝아졌어 진짜 꼭 한번 만나서 고맙다는말을 전해주고싶은데 그건 또 너무 쑥스러울것같당 ㅎㅎ 암튼 내 말은 세븐틴이 너무너무 좋다구 ㅠㅠ 나에게 와쥬ㅓ서 고마웡 ㅠㅠ 아이돌 해줘서 고마웡유ㅠㅍㅍ

저는 보통 입덕하는 계기가 엄청 흥한 노래가 나와서 유명해지면 알게되고 무대를 보면서 좋아하게 되는데 세븐틴은 정말 세븐틴이라는 그룹도 심지어 그 유명한 아주나이스도 들어본 적 없던 상태에서 우연찮게 유튜브 알고리즘이 세븐틴의 안무 영상 모음집을 추천해줘서 보게되었고 그 이후로 여러 영상들을 찾아보면서 입덕을 인정하게됐어요. 무대 위에서 보여지는 최고의 실력 그리고 무엇보다도 무대에 대한 지독한 열망이 저를 감동시켰어요. 실력있는 가수들도 많고 무대에 서기를 원하는 가수들도 많지만 세븐틴은 그 무대가 없으면 자신들이 존재할 이유가 없다는듯 갈망하는게 보였어요. 그래서 무대에서 죽을만큼 최선을 다하고 그렇게 나온 결과물은 저렇게까지 멋진 퍼포먼스가 아이돌에게서도 가능하구나를 아이돌을 좋아했으면서도 그들 무대에 종종 회의감을 느꼈던 제가 알게해주었어요. 그리고 또 감사하게도 유튜브 알고리즘이 아이돌룸 레전드편 영상을 추천해줬고 무대에서 그렇게 찬란히 빛나던 아이들이 예능에선 한없이 웃기고 바보같고 그 나이 또래 남자애들 같은 해맑은 모습에 계속 즐겁고 행복했으면 좋겠다는 생각이 들었어요. 그 때 정말 답도없이 빠졌구나 생각했죠ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ그리고 찾아보니 자기들이 직접 작사 작곡 안무에 참여하고 수준높은 퀄리티를 자랑하는 자체컨텐츠 회의에도 열성적으로 참여하고 예능도 직접 따와서 출연하기도 하는 등 엄청 다재다능하고 음악을 사랑하는게 느껴져서 또 한 번 감탄했습니다. 실력있는 작곡가분들과 안무가분들의 작품을 소화해내는것도 정말 어려운 일인만큼 가수가 꼭 작사작곡하고 안무를 해야한다고 생각하지는 않지만, 본인들이 앨범에 참여도가 높은 만큼 그 당시의 자신들의 상황과 감정, 생각 등이 그대로 녹아난 앨범은 음악의 성장과 함께 멤버 개개인의 성장도 눈에 보여서 더 훌륭한것 같아요. 무엇보다 자체 제작한다는 그 타이틀을 제치고 본인들이 가장 자랑스러워하는것이 많은 인원수에도 불구하고 모두가 사이좋고 끈끈한 유대관계를 가지고 있다는 점이 정말 부러웠어요. 살면서 자신을 이해하고 함께 걸어갈 수 있는 친구가 12명이라니 이건 내가 사랑하는 가수들이지만 정말 질투날 정도로 부러운 부분이예요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ뛰어난 실력, 무대에 대한 끝없는 갈망, 자신들이 투영된 앨범, 재미있고 센스 넘치는 성격들 그리고 가족같은 관계. 아이돌에게 필요한 것들을 모두 가지고 있고 어느것 하나 소홀히 하지않고 저 모든것들에 최선을 다하는 세븐틴이 인생의 전부라고 말하고, 세븐틴에 자부심 넘치고 늘 자랑스럽다 말하는 모습, 엄청난 연습량으로 닳아가는 반지와 다르게 한번도 닳은적 없는 마음들, 끊임없는 성장, 스스로에 대한 사랑과 서로에 대한 사랑 그리고 그 사랑들을 팬들에게 나눠줄 줄 아는 마음 제가 세븐틴에 입덕하게 된 계기이자 여전히 사랑하는 이유고 앞으로도 사랑하는 이유예요. 저 뿐만이 아니라 많은 캐럿들이 그리고 다른 많은 가수분들의 팬분들께서도 저처럼 신뢰와 사랑 넘치는 덕질하시길 바래요. 케이팝을 사랑하는 사람으로서 항상 많은 가수분들에 대한 애정 넘치는 영상들 잘 보고 있습니다 고생많으세요 앞으로도 영상 잘 보겠습니다. 그리고 10월19일 세븐틴 HOME;RUN으로 컴백합니다 많은 사랑 부탁드려요💖💙

I could say I stanned them for their talent and great discography. But honestly I really stanned because of how beautiful their relationship is. They are a family in every sense of the word. They're the huge member kpop group that has been together the longest without a member exiting. And I think that's only possible because they have so much love for their group and their members. Even Cheol once said that Seventeen has something you can't explain. That's 13 personalities, 13 opinions you have to take into account and yet they make it work. What Seventeen has is something close to a miracle. And I am so proud that I stan. 💖

I became a carat through my sister who's a shawol! I really thank my sister for introducing svt to me. They made me feel home. They make me laugh, they support me in my hardest times with their songs and entertaining content. I liked svt just because of their dancing skills and their family like bond! Honestly, Seventeen’s relationship with their fans. Back when I first started listening, I didn’t realise how connected they were to us, until I got to the mv for smile flower. Hearing Carats sing the final verse was so beautiful and by the end I was balling my eyes out (this was before I read the English translation of the lyrics). It’s become one of my Comfort songs. They’ve done so much for all of us. They’ve helped me and so many other people in so many ways and I’ll never be able to thank them enough for that. They have taught me to treasure each and every opportunity, they made me feel loved when I thought no one did. So, even though I haven’t been a carat since the beginning. I promise to be one til the end. Til the last “say the name”.

I lost, someone, my grandmother, back in 2013. She introduced me to kdramas and groups so i'm basically a sec gen idol fan. A hard core of the big 3. Then, she died, in a sudden brutal accident - long story short I was to blame for her death, by everyone even in my family, neigbours and her friends. I was, in the state of depress maybe, so lost on what to do or how to go on with life because she took care of me since little. I didn't thank and appreciate her enough for that.....
I honestly don't have a single memory after her death cuz i was just, so sad and wanted to just, die. Yeah, i fully stop kpop too and didn't found any interest in things even in my fav sports for two whole years. Sucks cuz I was the school's athlete for archery and missed a lot of opportunities and contests due to that, depression. After two years, it was her death anniversary month, and I just wanted to be alone, trapped in my bedroom and such. Until one day, my aunt barged in and told me to at least watch tv, so yeah i did. I remembered clearly though, SBS, kinda dumb but great series, The girl who sees smell, and yk they sometimes put kpop perf at the end of a drama and such, so yeah, that's how I stumbled upon SVT's debut stage. Ofc, i never heard of them, and don't know a thing bout them but the thing that caught my attention the most was Adore U's brilliant choreo, how tf they are like SJ and even had a member that looked like Heechul and the most absurd thing was they didn't wear ear piece?? How are they singing all of that live??? Esp the main vocals. And DK with 'You are my Angle~', I was like how tf they did that without proper equipment stage. Also, do kpop guys having long hair is still a trend?? Also side note, i really adored Seungkwan at that time cuz yeah, after Shindong, no one was his size. I'm not saying their fat, it's just a rarity to have them. On with the story, yeah, I finally opened my hibernated computer, and yt them all day, got to know more about them and just yeah, fell in love with them. Coming from a small company and scoups who missed the opportunity to debut with Nuest but can sing and rap - i love his singing voice, and two 19 y/o's wrote and choreograph that iconic debut song?! Oh they had so much my respect till now. So that’s how the story went, I was motivated by the 13 of them and start anew my life. 노래가 너무 좋아서 계속 찾아보다보니 어느순간
입덕한거 있죠? 진짜 멤버들 음색 난리납니다...ㅠ❤❤

솔직히 플레디스 그렇게 많이 유명하지는 않았지만 세븐틴이 진짜 키웠는데, 플디는 세븐틴한테 뭐 혜택도 없고 좀 많이 돌리고 예전에는 인기 확 나면 해외로 돌리고 그러는데 지금 활동하는 뉴이스트나 세븐틴에만 집중해줬으면,,, 굳이 괜한 아이돌 또 만들지말고 관심 퐉퐉 줬으면 좋겠음,,,그래도 플레디스 고소 하나는 인정해줘야 될것 같음 그리고 좀 빡시게 안 돌렸으면 좋겠음
1년에 4~3번은 컴백 하던데,,
몇달 휴가 줬으면 좋겠음.. 그래도 해달라는건 다해주더라, 차 3대 집 2개 그리고 이번에는 차 4대에 집 3개로 바꿔서 좀 좋더라

I started liking Seventeen because of their music. The lyrics are sensical, the genre per come back is different, the vocals are way out of the ordinary Kpop vibe.

Well for me, i stan them because i feel like they're the only idol that truth with their feeling and it shows in their action. There's a lot that i learn from them like i need to work hard, be happy and take care ppl around me. There's more but i cant say all of them. They're a group that made me think i need to be a better version of myself.

Seventeen is the best group ever. In my 10 plus years of following kpop, no other group felt more complete and outstanding than them. It has been 5 years since I started stanning them and that belief still has not wavered one bit.

I started stanning them when they were trainees and I was still an exo-l and a 13year old little girl. I cannot explain why but I just suddenly love them. It's been 6 years already for me. I was inactive for 2 years because of focusing on studies but I'm back when they released their song "Home" last year. Well, I'm back to my home 💕. I will always and forever be their carat even after the last "Say the name Seventeen" ❤️❤️

A little backstory on how I got into Seventeen:
so some time last year, I got bored and decided to watch some kpop videos. ( at that time ) Kpop isn't really new to me, but I wasnt a really big fan of it either. When I was in primary school(I’m in sec school now ), I was a huge fan of blackpink . I watched a lot of variety shows for Blackpink because they are so damn hilarious. BUt back then, I was young and I didn't know what being in a fandom or "stanning" a group is. So yeah, last year I got bored and decided to check some kpop videos and one of the groups I checked out was Seventeen. There were a lot of videos I watched: Winner, Twice, Bts(I am a fan of Bts and twice as well but this is for another comment ), a few others. Seventeen stood out to me the most though, I don't know why. Perhaps their songs were more of my style, though I admit at that point the song I genuinely say I did like was “mansae and don’t wanna cry”.
I wasn't a carat yet at that point. I just made a note to myself that Seventeen are good. When they released the comeback for don’t wanna cry , that's when I started watching their going seventeen and seventeen project,because boy, these guys are talented. From that point onwards, I can't stop myself and I've eventually reached the black hole of being a carat. I bought their albums.❤️There's no turning back now. I am a full-pledged carat, complete trash for Seventeen.
And the first person who even brought me into this fandom is joshua hong ❤️ ( yes ..his my 2nd ult )

I fell in love with them first when I saw their 2015 MAMA stage. The dance was so precise, fresh, and complocated but synchronized. Along the way I found them funny and hilarious. and their strong bond always amaze me until now. They dont have official center. Everyone can shine. They divide their part on the song fairly too. I never regret slip into the diamond life for them.

6학년 1학기때까지 아이돌에 대해 전혀 몰랐는데 쌤이 듣고 싶은 노래 틀어준다고 하셔서 한 친구가 아주나이스가 듣고 싶다고 해서 세븐틴을 접하게 되었고 그 뒤로도 애들이 아이돌 얘기를 해서 그 속에 끼어들고 싶어서 저번에 들은 노래가 생각나 무작정 세븐틴 좋아한다고 했죠. 첨에는 단순히 애들이랑 애기하고 싶어서 였는데 알면 알수록 매력 넘치고 자기들이 직접 노래,가사,안무를 만드니 너무 멋있는거예요>

They're just really likeable people. They make great music that feels authentic and they make variety content that also feels authentic. They're really good comfort idols. They have music for almost any emotion and almost every type of comfort. And not to mention that they do their best to make others happy and they really try their best to that rock pillar that so many people need. They don't have to and they didn't sign up for that type of job, but they took on that responsibility regardless.
I also really appreciate how much they do care for each other. By the way when they all confessed, drunk but a confession nonetheless. They all confessed how it feels nice being with each other and how their wish was never to just stay together and do music because they felt like they had to. They want to continue being seventeen simply for the fact that its something they WANT to do forever.
I also think that seventeen never signed up to be role models, but thats who they became. And im glad that they set a very good model as how healthy relationships with the people you love, looks like. That even through fights, people that you call your family are willing to still stick by your side. That loyalty feels so nice to have.

전 저희오빠들의 무대위에서 보고 아 저런 아이돌도 있구나 하다가 아는형님에서 오빠들 재밌는 모습보고 유튭에 계속 찾아보다가 검색기록 보고 입덕 인정했어욬ㅋㅋㅋ

There's a lot of sliping-into-the-diamond-life stories in here so I'm gonna tell my story too. I do not have any interest in Kpop until 2018 when my best friend introduced me to Btob (sorry to mention another group's name). She knew I have a quite high standard when it comes to people I will admire. Back then I have this prejudice that Kpop groups only lipsync on stage because there is no way they can sing while dancing. That's just impossible for me before. But my best friend showed me a live performance of BtoB and seeing that they are really skilled vocally I decided to dig in. I was totally focused on them when I accidentally played the Don't Wanna Cry MV. I was like 'Wow that's some great dancing skills' and then I watched the Boom Boom MV after and I was like 'this song is catchy'. I regret not stanning them that time because I have this habit of setting my eye on just one thing and not minding others. But BtoB became inactive due to members joining the military and I don't have a group to follow. I explored the Kpop World but all the groups I came to love are either disbanded, Wanna One, UNB, Madtown, or inactive like Super Junior. Up until August last year I don't have a proper stan and when I finally had one they disbanded five months after their debut due to some enraging reasons. I thought I would stop being a Kpop Fan then, but my college friend soon noticed that I am into Kpop. She told me "why don't you go check out Seventeen" and I was like "Who are they?" and she proceeded on telling me how talented they are and how they deserve more attention. The one thing that really got me interested is the 'Self-producing Idol' title so soon as I got into my dorm. I searched them up. How shocked I was when I realized that I have a SVT Video in my Saved in KRplus. It was their 2x speed dance of Don't Wanna Cry. I remembered being extremely impressed that I watched almost a thousand times already. How stupid I am not to dig more into them. They also have a guesting in Knowing Bros which is my favorite Kpop Variety Show and that one was so funny and entertaining, Seungkwan and DK's performance, Woozi's clarinet, Perf Unit's Dance Break was all so impressive. One of the very first videos of them I watched is their Kindergarten skit on one of their concerts and that is so hilarious!! But what really made me love them so much after knowing them is their personality, their humility and respect. Moments when they where seen supporting the LGBT Community (even if I am not a member, I think) , their constant reminder to love yourself and continue chasing your dreams. Everything in SVT is so admirable. I love them so much. They help me get through hard times that I would not mention because this comment would be 2x longer and I just got a VLive Notif of Mingyu's Lunch Time I think so I'mma finish it here. All in all, I love SEVENTEEN!!

남돌에 부정적인 이미지(무대 산만, 짧은 파트, 곡 취향 차이)를 가지고 있을 때 우연히 울고싶지않아 무대를 보았고 엄청난 쇼크를 느끼며 몇번이고 되돌려보다가 정신차려보니 캐럿이 되었습니다.
울싶아에서 받은 쇼크는 지금도 생생한 것이 우선 다인원이고 파트가 짧았음에도 멤버 하나하나가 다 킬링파트로 여겨질만큼 기억에 남았으며, 가사가 간결해서 쉽게 이해되는 전달력, 안무에서 느껴지는 감정(울싶아하면 큐브와 우지 혼자 이동하는 안무, 가로등 안무, 후렴에서 이동없는걸 주로 많이 얘기하는데 전 개인적으로 슈아를 중심으로 한 꼬인 줄 같은 안무가 대박이었어요) 등등... 서정적이면서 복잡한 감정을 섬세하게 표현했다보니 하아.... 아직도 안무영상보면 뭔가 울컥하게 된답니다ㅠㅠ
당시 일했던 가게에서 제가 계속 이 노래를 틀어놨다보니 그만 울자고 핀잔아닌 핀잔도 들었었네요 ㅋㅋㅋ

아이돌의 아자도 몰랐는데 3년전 울싶않에 홀렸죠..그땐 실력이고 얼굴이고 암것도 모르고 그냥 노래가 좋아서 덕질 시작했는데 시간이 지날수록 진짜 멋있는 그룹이란걸 깨달았어요.. 자체제작(응원법, 예능 컨텐츠), 실력은 뭐ㅋ 한 멤버도 헷갈리지 않는 뚜렷한 성격/음색, 예의 바르고 개그맨 바르는 예능감, 자신들의 위치에 소중하게 생각하고 팬들을 진심으로 대하는 모습, 서롤 아끼고 반말은 신경도 안쓰는 가족, 노래도 다 좋고 컨셉도 다양해서 매번 새로운 모습을 보여주고ㅠ 연차가 쌓일수록 더 열심히하는 모습, 뭐든 열정과다라 과몰입할 때도 많지만.. 지금까지 잘 올라왔지만 더 대접 받아야하는 그룹ㅜ

I heard of them during aju nice era for the first time and i somehow i felt like the song was different from the others. A year later i started stanning them and honestly it's the best decision i've taken, they're hard workers, they genuinely love their fans, their bond is cute, they brought me many friends, they managed to make me feel less lonely, my anxiety is now gone and and most of all they made me realize that music what was i really wanted to do, they're my biggest inspirations. Thanks to them, i learned how to play the piano i'm learning how to play the guitar and also how to compose music. Without svt i'd have never realized what my real goals were. They're also spreading so much good values to us fans, plus the guys are so humble. I love seventeen from the bottom of my heart. The boys deserve the world, i'm really glad i met them. Seventeen makes carats' lives brighter and i wanna reward them back that's why we should support them as much as we can. Btw thanks to you too for making videos about them it can be helpful for anyone that's interested in svt or kpop in general, keep going

I think one of the qualities of the group that really drawn me into them is that one does not overshadow the other in performance or irl. Maybe because each members are really unique but blend perfectly with each other. So, it's not a surprise when carats said that they have 1 bias and 12 bias-wreckers it's because of this. Imagine having 13 different charms in a group, that's a lot to choose from or don't choose at all.

제가 처음으로 좋아하는 그룹이 현 하이라이트(전 비스트)였다가 2014년에 엑소한테 입덕해서 지금 본업이 엑소예요
그러다가 2016년도에 드림콘서트라는 콘서트를 알게 되었고 부모님한테 가고 싶다고 조르다가 결국엔 예매에 성공해서 갔는데 그때 거기에 나왔던 가수가 엑소랑 방탄소년단 등등이 있었어요 엑소가 나올때까지 보고있다가 갑자기 세븐틴이라는 그룹이 나온거예요!!!전 그때 세븐틴이라는 그룹을 아예 모르고 있었거든요 그래서 콘서트 끝나고 집가면서 세븐틴을 검색하면서 갔는데 비록 지금은 순영이(호시)가 제 최애가 되었지만 그때는 아무도 몰랐어요 그러다가 세븐틴의 예쁘다 뮤비를 보고 헐 얘네 되게 멋있다라고 하면서 그때부터 세븐틴한테 입덕하고 입덕 하고 나서부터는 세븐틴 단독콘서트도 가고 매해 열리는 드림콘서트도 가게 되었고요 이건 TMI이지만 작년엔 아는 동생이랑 같이 세븐틴석에 앉아서 세븐틴 나올때 엄청 크게 소리 질렀던 기억이...세븐틴 덕분에 내 인생이 너무 행복해 흉내 낼 수 없는 세븐틴 캐럿 영원하자!!!
