Wendy, the Main Vocalist of the group, is my Ult Bias in all of K-Pop. Seulgi actually is the Main Dancer of the group and she is best friends with Wendy. They are besties both within and outside of the group, it's really cool! They even did a duet song together called Best Friend (it's on Wendy's Solo Album called Like Water EP. The title track of that album just might make you cry if you know what Wendy went through). :)

I am quite familiar with kpop girl groups and to me Red Velvet is really really talented, the whole package.. their vocals are exquisite and they can slay all kinds of concepts even though it is sometimes weird or 'too experimental', their choreography is good too. Their personalities are authentic or never 'cringey' imo. Their songs are a hit or miss to many kpop fans but if you are into quality and talent, you will love Red Velvet.

Red Velvet is amazing. But just a Plus information to them is that Yeri joined later on so when you react to Happiness and other songs like Natural they are only 4. My biases are Joy and Yeri both the youngest members.
I also recommend checking out Monster and Naughty by Irene and Seulgi

RV my queens. For me, RV is the most versatile girl group out there. They really can pull off any concepts. Their discography is the best, so diverse and unique. And their vocals and harmonies.... Exceptional! RV is a must-listen group. Definitely my ultimate girl group.

one of my favorite kpop groups of all time! seulgi and wendy are my biases. red velvet is one of the powerhouses of kpop, and one of the big 3 female kpop groups of 3rd gen alongside blackpink and twice. they have a lotta good songs you should check out. fun fact: irene is besties with jennie and seulgi is besties with jisoo. another fun fact: back in 2014 when red velvet were still new to the industry, bts members once mentioned that they would want to get close with the red velvet members after being asked “which girl group would you like to get closer to?”
