I like the fact that she is aware that everything changes , that we will never be the same , and that our wishes once they are satified, we seek for something else to fill in that lack and void which, eventually, will never be fulfilled. she transforms into a different personality and what matters is that she accepts and embraces the alterations in her life.

A note on meditation. What Emma says about the thoughts that appear when she doesn't have a phone to guide her is exactly what meditation is meant to be. Get lost in your thoughts and comprehend anything that comes to mind (rather than avoid it).
Wrong. Meditation isn’t a time for comprehension. It’s a time for being in the present and cultivating mindfulness. Agree that you’re not supposed to avoid thoughts but you should just let them pass non-judgmentally.
