The gym makes me feel so happy and good about myself. That isn’t a bad thing. Some people that workout are a little obsessed with themselves but there are people who don’t workout who are obsessed with themselves too. Who cares!!! It makes me happy and I’m working towards the bod I want!!!(: and it helps my mental, it really does!! That’s originally why I started going back recently

Same. I dont do workouts at the gym but I do at home everyday and it improved my mental health
erasing tiktok was the best decision I made, it’s too addicting. I’d rather read, play some vinyl, go for a walk, play with my dog, ANYTHING except go on there again. I’m really glad you’re taking the necessary steps to feel better. You’re making an effort and it shows. I wish I had more time to meditate but journaling and reading are great. Keep it up.
Also, the gym is great. I started going in March and I love it. It helps a lot with my depression and also to feel good about my body. Exercise does the body (mental + physical) wonders. xoxo
