I was thinking, these staged empty houses are definitely awesome, but once in a while, it'd be cool to actually tour a house that's lived in & see what they do with each room in a real living scenario. Nice house too.

David's mansion has a unique flare, the art pieces are special. Favorite area is the back yard, it has many cozy spots to be Zen. The primary suite and bathroom are comfy, the pool is substantially classic. The candy bar was EVERYTHING someone's got a sweet tooth! It's good to see the house is busy with friends and family. I enjoy all of you guys' videos, but this format is a new fave! like people have said, it's nice to see these beautiful houses being actual homes! and I especially enjoyed learning the story behind the pieces of art and how certain rooms are used ✨

If you have more friends who has big houses and they don't mind you doing a tour in their home, I'd definitelly love to watch another tour like this. It was really fun to watch, getting to know some people who owns this kind of houses and even know that they see you as we see you. We all feel like it is one of ours friends giving us a house tour when we watch your videos, at least that is how I feel. You and mikey makes house tours really welcoming, like if we were welcome to see the whole extension of the houses, all the details. Most youtubers who shows houses, only shows 50% of it on their tours or even less.
And watching you made me kind of addicted to watching house tours. If I had to buy a huge mansion someday, I'd probably want it to be shown or sold by you. Great video as always, thanks so much!

I love watching your tours, you are by far the best I have found. Extraordinarily relaxed and remarkably informative. Living in a colder part of the world I really hope for the future that you travel more to colder climates. I loved seeing the cabins and mansions in the mountains of the USA because not only does it relate to my home but it is a nice variety from the large amount of beachfront homes (I understand the limits of living in California), I hope you are able to travel to other countries such as Canada, Sweden, Norway, ect. in the future to use your skills to share more of the world!

Not only are you popular on KRplus because of your knowledge in real estate, it's because you are a genuine and humble person with lots of charisma and your enthusiasm and excitement translates on video. That's real and can't be faked. I love your attention to detail and I have learned many things from the videos. I lost my best friend in June to a stroke. I talked with him daily for years and its been a huge void in my life. To fill alone time before and after work I started watching abandoned house videos and came across your channel. Well, I am hooked now lol. I love discussing the homes with my partner. He enjoys watching them also. David is right about how looking at homes is relaxing. For me it compares to the feeling one gets when they go to a hotel on holiday. Everything is perfect and in its place. That is peaceful and life is all about having peace of mind. Also, Mikey is awesome. I love listening to what he has to say. The chemistry you two have is superb. You both are 100% correct when you say it is all about the view and some of those views are amazing especially the ocean ones. Congratulations on becoming an American citizen. This was great. I've often wondered when watching your videos: "How would this look like if someone was actually living there... and how would they use these spaces?" - So, it's great to see that for once. I'd love to see more of this, every once in a while.

I like it because I watch your videos and a lot of the homes just have their own unique style and vibe to it, so it makes me wonder what the owner is like and what they do for a living to own a property like that.

David has come from nothing and become every thing. He has brought his friends from home up with him and then stayed true/loyal to the people who have been equally loyal to him. People of the level of in demand as David is, you hang on to reality the best you can and the friends who’ve stood by him have kept him who he is and he’s kept them happy enough in their life to support (financially if needed) them being who they are to help himself to keep going. He’s a genius.
