~ I don't believe her comments about Sacha Baron Cohen...She read the script & could've walked away from filming if she was uncomfortable. Sacha has released a behind the scenes clip where Rebel is very much involved in carrying out the sex scene; she even made suggestions as to what she could add to the scene.. She was very willing & appeared to be enjoying the kiss, even more so than he.... It was uncovered in 2015, that she had lied about her upbringing, age, & name... Once it was revealed, she had the audacity to make excuses for doing so... In 2017 she announced she was related to Walt Disney. (There is no evidence to support this.) I saw an article yesterday where she thinks Adele "hates" her because Adelle avoids her. 😄... RW is trying to do & say anything to sell a book, even lie on SBC...Many of us aren't even interested in buying or reading it!

He's made his career taking jokes too far, so I could definitely see him rubbing people the wrong way. Read the room - there's a time and a place for joking, and some jokes are simply not funny. I don't personally know if this is the case, but it's not a stretch to see her point of view.
they both made their careers out of taking jokes too far, so yes i can see room for a personality clash here between them. In fact I don't find either of them funny anymore. some of Rebels movies were funny but she was kind of type cast. her ego is the size of a hot air balloon anyway and she's been called out on it more than once i recall 'I'm the first fat woman to make it in hollywood' and a number of fat actresses responding 'oh yea??". and her making a quick retraction.

The former classmate knowing her as a child , knowing her age and real name . It does happen ,people win cases even if the claims are true but you aren't allowed to hurt someones reputation and thats what the reporter did . doesn't mean the article wasn't true.

She's been in ~34 movies (pitch perfect had a box office of ~115 million dollars), played in comedy series, did voice acting, she won the MTV Movie Award for Best Actor in a Movie and shared the Best Musical Moment award, does theatre, she produced multiple movies... what have you done in the hollywood industry as a woman?
She was a fat chick who was physically hilarious in a comedy movie because of how big she was. Now she's lost weight and no one cares about her. So she's doing shit like this.
Cohen is intense when it comes to his work, and he may expect others (however unrealistic) to be up for some degree of dynamic tension. Wilson was probably a bad match when it came to Cohen. Is not getting along enough to sell the book?

Rebel is a lawyer so I have to imagine what she wrote was true, or she'd get sued. That said, I generally like SBC, but he's got a super intense personality. Which on the pro side allows him to take extreme chances with his jokes/pranks he's set up for his performances. On the con side, that daredevil, no filter mode can really get to people. I suppose it's important to know if SBC's intention was to be an a**hole to Rebel or not, but I don't doubt he was.

I only say this because Sasha released a bunch of videos showing her behind the scenes on that movie, she's absolutely fine, she's getting into the sex scenes, she's making suggestions on how to improve the filming and script etc..
And then, a decade later she suddenly comes out with a book, a whole host of claims 'it was awful, he made me do this & that'.. For a few women, the whole #metoo movement has seemingly made women mis-remember or recall times when they've been involved in events with a sexual element that were consensual at the time but they have since become ashamed to have been involved upon looking back and revisiting the memory. Then - blamed it on the men associated with whatever it was they were doing at that time.
Somewhat suspicious she's holding up he book to the camera whenever she's asked to discuss these serious allegations "and it's all in Chapter 17" that really doesn't come off looking very good to be honest...

She writes, directs and produces her own movies too like Senior year and is currently the producer for a new movie called The Deb. She has an impressive career.
