Since the beginning diddy hasn’t put much in his name. In the beginning he put a majority of things in his mothers name. Then as he began having kids he started putting things in their names; apparently currently most of diddy’s things are in Justin and Christian’s names.
For those that may not understand, diddy puts things in his mothers name or his kids names because if someone sues him or he’s criminally charged and in either type of case, if he’s ordered to pay restitution, the courts can only take money from accounts, homes/properties, businesses, etc that are in HIS name. Even though we all know that they’re all his and he’s running them but legally (as far as the courts are concerned) the accounts, homes/properties, businesses that are in his mom and kids names aren’t his and they can’t seize the money or property to pay HIS restitution.
