Ingredients
400g raw flounder, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2/3 cup red pepper paste, 6 tablespoons vinegar, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon minced ginger, 2 tablespoons plum juice,
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 1/4 cabbage (small size), 1/2 onion, a handful of water parsley, 20 sesame leaves, 3 tablespoons of flying fish roe, 1 Cheongyang pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 cucumber, 5 garlic
Spicy Flatfish Sashimi Salad Recipe
1. Cut 1/2 onion, 1/4 small cabbage, 1 red pepper, 1 Cheongyang pepper, 5 garlic, 1 cucumber, and 10 perilla leaves. Then, slice 400g of flounder sashimi.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to the cut flounder and knead well.
3. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 6 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of plum juice, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, and 2/3 cup of red pepper paste and mix well to make a marinade.
4. Add the sliced vegetables, raw flounder, and seasoning sauce and mix well.
5. Wrap the flatfish sashimi and put the flying fish roe on the perilla leaves to make a delicious flatfish sashimi.
