I'm no vocalist, so it always blows my mind that someone could have such an aggressive and powerful voice, while also having a beautiful and gentle side. Sam truly is a special vocalist
Even the best vocalists are probably blown away by this tbh.
I have always been a fan of Sam Carter's voice, the aggressive and softer voice ie one of the best in the entire Metal/music community; the band is amazing also, the consistency of the quality of music and the way that they can keep going after Tom's passing should be the blueprint for how family/friendship/bandmates should function. Architects are almost at the top of the mountain for my personal preference and the only other vocalist/band(s) that I could put above them is Landon Tewers/The Plot In You, and to me if love could be measured then I'd have to say that Sam Carter (as a single individual) and Architects (as a complete group) are literally one small step below The Plot In You/Landon Tewers, the way that man can scream/cry/belt/Express raw emotion to then flip the formula on its head to his Blues style singing, acoustics, EDM/pop type music, hard rock/metal/hardcore & post and on and on...Sam Carter and Architects are easily resting closest to the very peak on the mountain of my go to metalcore bands just below TPIY/Landon Tewers. Absolutely amazing how much talent these bands posses nowadays.

It’s insane how much Sam has improved in his singing the past few years
Yeah pretty surprising since most vocalists get worn out and worse over time
