Indiana lost to a 5 loss Ole Miss as well. All that bragging about beating a 4 loss Auburn (who should have had 6 losses) yesterday and now two below .500 SEC teams beat ranked ACC and Big10 teams lmfao

I think it's pretty clear that it's harder to be an 'average to better' SEC team than it is to be a Top team in any other conference. I mean if Kentucky was in the ACC, Big-10/12, we would almost assuredly have been to the conference title game a couple times by now IMO. But I digress, lol, if they dont like this game over the Wolfpack as an example, check ole miss over ""#11 ranked"" Indiana as another case 'n point. Not to mention we shouldve beat ole miss as well, dropped 2 TD passes, missed a 30-40 yard field goal (iirc) and the extra point in OT that ultimately cost us the game. Shouldve beat mizzou as well, was down several offensive (2-Oline/TE/RB/2-WRs) and defensive starters (2-Dline/2-LB/3-DBs) yet it still took them nearly the entire 60 minutes to score 20 on us. A normal 12 game season, we play 4 noncon games instead of ole miss and bama. Remove 2 losses and add 4 wins, that puts us at 8-4 on the year, 9-4 after the bowl win and that's a successful year but at the sametime, if that happens, the changes that were made to our offensive staff doesnt happen and instead we continue the same struggles on that side of the rock. So IMO, in a certain way, the season was more of a success than it appears from the outside looking in. I think the new incoming OC Liam Coen (From the L.A. Rams Sean McVay coaching tree, widely considered an offensive/QB Guru) Should be able to take our current personnel and create what we as a fanbase thought was coming in with Eddie Gran and Darin Hinshaw. To be fair though, if our Initial starting QB under Grans Tenure, Drew Barker doesnt suffer what was essentially a career-ending back-injury near the end of the 1st half of his 1st game as our starter (I believe he had thrown for over 300 yards and 4 TDs in that half before the injury), then who knows how our offense ends up looking and the possible future QB prospects we have because of it. Hindsight of course is 20/20, Go Cats and cant wait for next Football season!!

Cant wait til next season! Kentucky 5 times better than their record shows! They really should be 6-4 tbh. Next season with them recruiting out of ohio now they will be a contender in the East next few seasons. Could be contending for a CCG next few years

Good game.....u can't give up turnovers and expect to win. Sometimes ya get lucky, of course, but in a big game- you show your true colors.
