A lot of double talk from ESPN..It’s a good thing we have ESPN to tell us right from wrong..I don’t know what we would do without them?
Bottom line is they were acting like Stupid immature street thugs and not diciplined football players like they signed up to be PERIOD.They all need to be diciplined severely and most of them were lucky they weren't arrested on the field!!

The first swings are not in this video. Punches were thrown in that big group well before it all broke out. You could see a few when they showed it live.
Love how he goes straight for Tulsa and even says he thinks it was a coach, but if you look carefully, youd see its actually a player. ESPN gotta help out there partner SEC lmao

Watch the video again. 1st punch thrown was by a Tulsa coach. Tulsa started this coming to the MSU sidelines during warmups and surrounding MSU players talking trash in warmups. There where several dirty hits by Tulsa through out the game. Officials did nothing to curb this. Mississippi State players defended themselves from the thuggish behavior. This is not the first time Tulsa has done this, this year.

Aaron Brule #3 of Mississippi State throws a punch at #15 of Tulsa and starts the brawl. Better look again Trevor. You can see him jump up and take a swing at the bottom left. Real easy to see in zoomed out view from another clip.
Wait a minute MS STATE is (4-7) they won the game 28-26 against Tulsa who are ranking is 24 and were (6-3) and MS STATE acting and BIG AND BAD cause of one game. They don't deserve to be in the bowl games. And number 4 is it coward for kicking and running away like a little girl. At least so some class

But to have them ranked 11th is crazy I’d have them at 5 or 6 and that’s pushing it. They are deserving to be in the top 4 but even nick saban had them ranked 5th so yea. A couple weeks back I started to think the same thing about OSU and Clemson brawling it out. There's tension but Dabo does make it worse. I'm hoping nothing like that will happen.

If you go back and watch the video it is definitely a Miss State player that throws first punch. Words are just words and doesn’t matter however a punch throw is trashy. Tulsa just defended itself clearly.
This video doesn't even have the first punches in it. There were punches thrown before the big brawl broke out.

Here we are almost a year later and Tulsa still started this before the game even started. Tried to do something pregame, played dirty then entire game, referees didn’t police the game how they’re supposed to, etc. State players just policed it how they saw fit since no one else would do anything

He’s biased in blaming Tulsa. I have no dog in the fight and only watched the fight. Looked like the unsportsmanlike behavior started with that legal blindside block and then the MSU player standing over him had a lot to do with the next set of events.

Hockey players fight during the game. Once its over, it stops. They shake hands and move to the next game. These players should be embarrassed. The coaches should be embarrassed and the schools should be embarrassed.

Kid that tackled ref got arrested. Go through video and issue arrest warrants. Kick them off team too if they punched or kicked. A year of probation with courts for fighting. Hold them to a higher standard and send a message to all football and sports programs. You fight during a game youre done

I'll make this easy, because it is: any player involved loses their scholarship. Period. Any coach involved is immediately fired. Period. The NCAA bans both teams from any bowl games or any post season games for 5 years, both schools loses their TV right for 5 years. See, EASY. next issue....
Can't have it both ways....if the referees tossed flags for unsporting behavior before the game, ESPN would be all over the officials for tossing out players saying they need to understand the emotion of the game. I'm glad I have a volume button on my remote when the game starts...
Saw one player get kicked in the shoulder and another being whipped by a towel. Probably the most weirdest brawl I’ve seen in any sport but obviously doesn’t measure up to the Malice at the Palace bc that one defies logic and common sense and it involved beverage being spilled on a young Ron Artest. Maybe it’s better to throw liquid on someone like they’re the Witch of the West than to whip them with a towel lol

I totally agree! To be a SEC fan Miss State should of chill, I mean you won the game! They are lucky to be in a bowl game with a 3-7 record really! If it wasn't for the covid-19 and teams decided to not play in these bowl games Miss State would have been sitting home!

#3 from state and #7 from Tulsa looked like the toughest. #7 was outmanned and got sucker kicked and #3 is a tough dude from watching the actual game other then that not much of a fight.

After every football fight they always talk about criminal charges. Someone in the media always brings that up, and it never happens. They never seem to ever talk about criminal charges for hockey fights or baseball fights, even though at least one hockey player was criminally charged for hitting someone in the head with a stick decades ago.🤔🤔🤔
If Myles Garrett was able to avoid criminal charges, there will never be criminal charges for a fight like this.

This guy keeps getting asked and has given so many different opinions. He hasn't said the same thing twice. Time for him to go home. He's said everything from suspensions required to now it's only a few and not indicative of either school. He has no idea what to think. My opinion is SEC commissioner, greg sankey, has his nose so far up Saban's rear, he won't do anything. He doesn't know how to manage himself much less a conference. If leadership doesn't lead, these types of things can happen as the pressure to win results in recruiting some bad eggs. Leach didn't recruit most of those kids , if any. Tulsa coach recruited all of his.
