Rondo is useful when Lebron's resting on the bench. Rondo's leadership, IQ, passing, and experience are what even keep him in the league, not his shooting and defense

rondo was a liability on defense. hit or miss 50/50 on offense, but still a decent back up guard.. CARUSO creates perfect balance on Offense with or without the ball. thats why his + ratings are soon high.
