S.A.Y That is very true, to be fair in The NBA the last decade the East was very weak and 16 teams get into the playoffs out of 30 where the NFL its only 12 out of 32. So the Knicks played in a weaker conference and in a league with a higher chance to make the playoffs

James Dolan is relatively young as owners go and the Knicks are the most financially valuable franchise in the NBA. Dolan is making the people who invest in the Knicks increasing net returns every single year, winning does not matter, so fans are stuck with him for another 12-15 years.
They need to get the Knicks out of the nba and get a new franchise in Las Vegas or elsewhere
Mills and Perry not being available for questions after they fire Fizdale is ultra low scummy move. I wouldn't be surprised if Dolan told them not to show up but it's a bad look all the way around. Fizdale DESERVED to be fire though people. His players quit on him, there was no identity on offence or defence, no player development, afraid to bench Randle or even put in him in a position to succeed, played 4 power forwards at the same time. Yes, the roster sucks but they should have more than 4 wins.
They all say Carmelo is a sure fire hall of famer and they then say Knicks haven't had a super star in 20 years haha... so you don't need to be a super star to be a HOF haha..

This is not hard clear the decks and tank for 7 years properly till you draft a superstar preferably two.. Then start building from there.. 76ers are soo much better than the other treadmill teams that tried to win with limited talent because they tanked deliberately.. Hornets Knicks etc all tried to win but continually treadmill the idea is full tank mode.. This year they are on track anyway last year they did a decent job the draft didn't go there way.. just keep doing it.. Give me the job and I will make Knicks a strong lasting team within a decade.. The team will be good for 12 to 15 years and will compete for the title in 5 years to 7 years of that very good period..
