Anybody who thinks Bama's dynasty is over is just plain foolish! They still are finishing first in recruiting almost every year so that computes to championships when Saban is the head coach. Next year lookout, if Dylan Moses and the other starting (Senior) inside LB hadn't went down to injuries before the season even started Bama would have been extremely hard to beat this season. They will be back with a vengeance next season!

Nick saban is the best coach in college football but it's hard to win a national championship when your team is dealing with that many injuries i don't care who you are not even nick saban can do that.
It was a lack of depth this year. Alabama was exposed on the defensive side of the ball. 95% of the country would love to finish the season 10 and 2. But not nick. He will fix this issue
95% more like 98% their not down by a long shot as long as they have that high school schedule and the sec headquarters in their backyard with all the bama grads running it. Give Auburn and lsu some credit also for having some success. God luck in the future
Maurice Boykin agreed to a point... LSU hasn’t been relevant since 2011 in the NC game and the cow college is a flash in the pan every 4 years.
As a Bama fan for life, it was a season of What If's, both ILB went down pre season, Tua hurt in Tenn and playing on 1 leg against LSU and a fully capable back up playing at Auburn and we only lost by 8pts total to both teams. Way better then Georgia's losses. LSU smoked them. The Tide will Rise again RTR Any one know who LSU's back up QB is with out looking it up lol or Ohio St?
If you'd learned anything from Alabama's performances in big games over the past 5 years, you'd know it's not over 'til it's over.

Every time Alabama loses a game, everyone comes out to say how their run is over. Based on what? They annually sign a top 5 recruiting class. The only hope most teams have against Alabama is injuries like they had this year, and even with those injuries you could make a legitimate argument that their 2 loses was only loses because Alabama helped the other team win.
I disagree with those people that say Alabama wasn't prepared for LSU and the Auburn game.
Alabama always prepare to play anyone, but people have to look at the fact that Alabama have been
dominating LSU and shutting them out.
The committee have the nerve to put Alabama at #12.
The committee forgot about how Alabama had the will to comeback after having made first half selfmade mistakes against LSU, especially when it seemed that LSU had an easy blow out.
But Alabama put themselves back into the game wearing down LSU and lost within a touchdown. 46-40
The committee forgot about that.
At Auburn, Alabama put up over 40 point playing with a backup quarterback and they lost by three in the Iron Bowl.
The committee forgot about that.
In both games Alabama put up over 80 points,
the committee should ask themselves, where was both ranked LSU and Auburn defenses?
Let's talk about non Conference teams
Since 2008 Alabama have been playing non conference teams like Clemson, Michigan, USC, University of Louisville, Florida State, Virginia Tech
In the first week of the season.
That's the kind of team Alabama is, they want you to bring it to them in the first week.
People talk about Alabama have a weak schedule, then you're talking about LSU, Auburn and all of the other teams in the SEC west.
And last, the SEC alone is a Powerhouse division.
There is nothing weak about that.

Few yrs back the losses to Le Miss they said it was over, we won 2 more NC's since that happened. Fact we lost to to top rankled teams, our defense was down due to 5 freshman starters subbing for injured starters from game one. This team is no where near done, name me any team in last 100 yrs who can match this last ten yrs for Bama? NONE dynasty is not over not by a long shot.

Houston Mkenzi 8 team playoff is hard due to the fact that all teams are still college teams. Football players have finals that they need to take along with being given the opportunity to go home and see their families for the holidays. This is why they won’t extend it to that. At max they would make it a 6 team playoff.
There’s parity in college football, which makes this game more fun and watchable

It was mostly because we didn’t have a healthy Bama team, our players just kept getting injured, plus we lost to 2 great teams!
I remember when alabama lost to Ohio state paul threw alabama under the bus this is nothing new alabama will make him eat his words.
It sounds like a lot of bama fans are doing the throwing under the bus. So it wasn't long ago when bama fans was saying bama was gonna beat everybody but now different story. And lsu was missing a lot of players on defense also.

Which is bs. Bama isn’t going anywhere and I’m not throwing my team under the bus. We are literally a couple of dropped passes away from being undefeated and number one going to the playoffs. Tebow knows what he is talking about. The only people who screwed bama was the playoff committee by ranking them 14 below auburn and other two loss teams like Uga who got throttled by LSU. Alabama and Saban are still great. They just need to play a tougher non-conference schedule. They were not prepared to mentally play LSU and Auburn this year. The guys need to be tested from game one until the end.
Dude that was not it at all. They lost to both of those teams by a touchdown. They still could have won those games. Injuries is what’s stopping Bama and a revolving door of coaches. The defense is weak I will admit but they are young and they lost there best player on defense before the season started. He was the linebacker and signal caller on defense. Tua was hurt playing against LSU and he didn’t even play against the au. Also many offensive and defensive coaches have they lost over the last few years. Since Nick Saban became Head Coach in 2007, Alabama has not gone longer than 2 years without Winning a National Championship. Alabama has gone 2 years three times without winning the National Championship in the Nick Saban era the most recent period 2018 and 2019. Alabama as of November 15, 2020 are 6-0.

Alabama was right there this year, them being ranked 13 is crazy, put them on a neutral field against most the teams above them in the rankings and they would be the favorite, outside the top 3 teams!

Them kids did everything they could do and did great. FACT: Bama's dominance has been more of a result of constantly recruiting the best talent, rather than Saban's football acumen. Want proof? Just look at the teams that beat them, they usually also have excellent players, so as recruiting parity becomes the NORM, Bama will see more and more losses!
LSU is great. Auburn is good but not great. They don’t have a good offense but scored 34 on Bama (not counting 2 pick-sixes for 48 total.)

You can say I’m hating on Alabama but here’s the thing about a week or 2 ago I had looked up college strength of schedules just to see who would deserve a playoff spot for the fourth seed and Alabama’s opponents record combined was 30-35 and that’s including LSU, so I gotta say Alabama is just overrated and I will think that until they start facing more than 1 or 2 good teams a season
