If the name offends then there needs to be change. I also have seen prominent native Americans say they feel honor with the name. Native Americans made the redskins logo, redskins football was originally Native American football. Yes, if it’s offensive we need to discuss how to move forward in a positive way. I am white and I always loved the redskins and viewed the name with no discrimination, but that’s not up to me. It’s up to if The people it’s named after feel offended. I will always love Washington. I always thought the redskins was strong and powerful for native Americans. I’m sorry if I was wrong. Max don’t call it despicable because I’m a very tall man and I might petition that the giants need to change their name.
