They sure do talk a lot about a QB that's never really won anything. I guess the star on the helmet has a lot to do with it. BTW, I don't hate Dak, I think he should have taken what the Cowboys already offered multiple times. Once Dak gets his long term contract, the Cowboys main core is more or less set. Do you think that core good enough to win a Super Bowl? If it's yes then pay him whatever he wants, but if its no then let him walk.

You guys in the comments are high if you think Dak isn't better than Ben Roethlisberger, the dude threw 5 picks in one game and threw 4 picks multiple times in a season. Dak easily should be paid upwards of Russell Wilson money at the very least according to these numbers (Russell super underpaid imo) and he certainly has proved more than Goff and Wentz at this moment winning the most games through his first 4 seasons since Tom Brady and Russell Wilson who is MY QB for my Seahawks and imo deserves more than 40 mill but oh well.
And you could say "Well what has Russell proved?", and I'd say "He's only won the most games ever through his career, was literally 88% of our team's offense in 2018, and a stand up man and QB who has never been in trouble and ALWAYS comes through in the clutch having the most game winning drives through his career so far.
And if you look at the numbers, Russell actually played better in his SB against the Broncos which was a beat down 43-8 and could easily have been MVP and a lot of people think the running back should have won MVP over Patrick.
So actually if we are going by accomplishments and upside, Russell should be getting close to 45 as well if not more having been more proven.
