They have a great chance to do so but it'll be very difficult. Not many teams get to repeat as champions. They'll have some tough competition to deal with.

Favorites? Yes, but almost all defending champs are favorites. However, next to none repeat. The Pats of 2004 were the last repeat champions. Before them the 98 Broncos and 1995 Cowboys.

Yes they are. From what I’ve been hearing, I don’t know how true this is because another fan said it, but 20 of their 22 starters from last year are coming back. If that’s the case then I’d say yes because those same starters won the Championship last year. Here’s the thing about History. It repeats itself. My answer is yes.

Mahomes was hurt the ENTIRE season. He wasn't healthy and neither was his entire team. Don't forget cheetah missed 6 games last year and missed 1.5 due to a second injury/concussion concerns AND that's the only reason he didn't have 60 passing tds this past year 😆 missing 2.5 games Mahomes would have had 9 more tds and easily was MVP last year.
And Lamar Jackson didn't deserve the MVP? I'm glad fans don't vote on it.

"He missed two games" - Well, really it was 3, since he was hurt on the 1st or 2nd series of the Denver game. Plus, Mahomes was playing on a badly sprained ankle for 3/4 of the season. It wasn't until the playoffs that he was able to move around like normal. And, in those 3 playoff games the Chiefs averaged 39 points and Mahomes threw 10 TD passes..

The Chiefs are NOT returning "nearly" every starter they ARE returning EVERY starter. Just not every starter from the SB, starters Juan Thornhill(S) and Andrew Wylie(G) were injured late in the year and didn't play in the playoffs. Plus, the Chiefs have improved their situation at backup at every position, with the possible exception of CB(depends on what happens with Breeland)

James Isthemanevaro because the chiefs’ name isn’t anywhere near as offensive as the redskins’ name. Imagine if there was a team called the blackskins or whiteskins. Plus, the name is also inspired by the fact that the mayor of Kansas City back then had the nickname “the chief”.
