Never once did I hear BLM protest about the name of the Redskins..or Chiefs..or Indians...or Braves..or the Blackhawks..or the tomahawk chop chant...this is nothing more than white liberals wanting to feel good about themselves by being outraged on someone else’s behalf. Now that the name is changed I wonder how many of those that were sooo offended will contribute to the plight of 90% of Native Americans living in poverty on the numerous reservations?? It's an entirely different thing if a group of rich guys, none of whom is Native American, and their non-Native American followers choose a name that refers to a disenfranchised group and use names and symbols that are caricatures of said disenfranchised group while no Native American has ever been substantially involved in the organisation.

This is all a Conglomerate ploy to set a precedence of outside judicial review interfering in Indian Tribal law. Now a lawyer and a judge have acted from outside Indian law but still managed to enact on behave of tribal law. Now outside law can review Indian land, water rights and business law. Law just starts small and builds and builds until the side that has the most money wins. In the long run this changing of this name will cost Indians all over the USA everything. Nobody fights this hard over something they have nothing to do with unless it is a Conglomerate CEO.

Thank god I chose this year to be done with all sports. Sad because I have been a fan of all sports since I was 10. I am also a former athlete. Never thought I would see the day that I give up sports and despise what they became. I am one fan these sports who support and pander to this leftist garbage will never get back. (I have boycotted other things prior and some of my boycotts are on 10 years now and going)...Goodbye sports. What a waste of time.
