@@blackhawk9601 True enough. But nobody would give Brady credit if the Patriots did go to the Super Bowl those seasons without him playing, so it's only fair we don't count it against him either.
And there's a reason many stat categories like completion percentage and passer rating require a minimum number of attempts to count for the league lead. Brady didn't participate enough in those seasons to fairly gauge his contribution to the team's final record.

With all the mistakes the buccaneers made, green bay had many opportunities to win but didn't....I mean some of those receivers missed important throws that then turned in conversions and interceptions....and they still lost....I honestly thought the score for the buccaneers should have been much higher if they didn't make all those mistakes....but guess what...they won...and Brady is back in the Superbowl for the 10th time.....that is greatness..... period.

In his career so far, from 2000-2020, Brady played 19 active seasons, minus his rookie 2000 season as a backup and his knee injured 2008 season, he has gone to 10 Super Bowls. So more than half of his career, his seasons ended up at the Super Bowl! Some hall of fame quarterbacks never even made it to ONE! Essentially on average he had go to the Super Bowl every other year. That's just mind boggling!

You have to go for it on 4th down. Tom Brady is the king of holding the ball and killing the clock. He threw the ball in the dirt on that 3rd down play because he knew how important it was to stay in field goal range. You can't coach scared in the NFC championship game especially when you have Aaron Rodgers a your qb
