Let's be honest, Jason Garrett is limited as a coach. He is what he is yet he gets strung along because Jerry doesn't want to concede power to a REAL coach. Jerry's pride is the biggest problem.

Cowboys don't have one of the best two rosters in the NFL. There are several teams head and shoulders above the Cowboys.
The media is lousy at their jobs. The Cowboys are overrated. The media hypes them up all year and every season, then when reality kicks in the media expects everybody to be in shock of how lousy the Cowboys are playing.
The Cowboys play this way because it is who they are, not a very good team filled with mediocre players

Stop killing Jason Garrett is a issue yes, but the real problem worse then anything else is Jerry Jones himself give up control. Until he does Dallas won't win anything in terms of a Super Bowl.

Jason Garrett has never been the head coach. He does not have the authority to be an effective head coach. Half the current roster would not even be back ups on a Jimmy Johnson team. Including the coaching staff. These guys are playing just well enough to get a fat contract then they hit cruise control because there is no consequences. They need a strong head coach that's going to hold his team and coaches accountable and that will never happen because Jerry won't step away from the spotlight.

You can't fix Michael Bennett jumping offsides. Its literally in the rule book. Article 57 subsection C row 5 "Bennett must jump offsides a minimum of 4 times a game and cost at least 3 first downs because of this fact" It was a problem in Seattle and it will always be a problem.

Seems like he might be a better coach elsewhere. I just don’t think he’s a good fit with Dallas. I don’t have a good reason, but I bet if he coaches elsewhere, he’ll have more success.

The lack of accountability started with Jerry not making a change to try to right the ship. The players are just following the owners lead, but they realize this season isn’t going anywhere. They MAY win the division but will be out in the first round of the playoffs

Garrett should have been gone after 44-6. The same issues that plagued the Romo - Murray Cowboys are the same issues that plague the current Dak - Ezekiel Cowboys. They have 0 toughness and do not rise to the occasion against better teams. There's a reason why they go to the playoffs every other year except for a stretch in the early 2010s. it's because they go to the playoffs, get a harder schedule next year, miss the playoffs, get a easier schedule (presumably), make the playoffs, repeat. There's two constants throughout this whole stretch, and one of them pays the bills.

JR Jones hasn't regretted keeping Garrett in 10 years, it's NOT happening now. NO WINNING TEAMS in 25 years, but he has lots of money. That seems to be enough for him to age gracefully. *shameful!*

Everybody knows that Jason Garrett will not be there next year but in my opinion he should have got fired 2 weeks ago after the Patriots game. Jerry Jones was very upset and I thought it was going to happen right then and there and then he goes and says that hes not gonna make a coaching change this year because without Garrett they can't get to the Super Bowl. That is BS they are losing now with Garrett and if they make a change and let Chris Rashard finish the season as the coach well then hes gonna be very motivated because he wants a coaching job next year so hes going to put his foot down and hes going to try to do anything and everything the motivate the players I guarantee that. He probably wants Jason Garrett to get fired because he knows that he could possibly be the next guy for the job people want to see Garrett go. It's just BS because we have the talent, our division sucks, we're in 1st place and we have a chance to get a home playoff game and Jerry Jones wants to wait till next year. You never know, next year the Giants could be really good, the Eagles could be really good, it might be tougher next year so why not make a change right now, it can't get any worse we're losing games already. procedure to evaluate his current offensive coordinator. That pick Mr.
Jones made for the offensive coordinator is not his style when it comes
to the cowboys. It is one thing to wait for a player to develop. It
is another thing to wait for a offensive coordinator to develop. Talent
can not overcome the deficiency in skill of an offensive coordinator.

He will regret being GM as NOT 1 decent coach wants a PUPPETMASTER, they want control of their talent they have to coach.
