They've lost 2 out of 3 to the Clippers, and they've lost 2 of their rotation players, and they've lost home court, so the season pretty much starts over. whatever advantages they had before are mostly gone. It's not your best 8 guys against mine. The Clippers have the best rotation in the NBA right now. The greatest team. The Lakers have the best 2-man combo. I'll take the team.

Everyone saying clippers remember what lebron did with scrubs in 2018.. may have been the east but he single handily beat the pacers celtics and Toronto to get them to the finals... Look at the lakers interior presence with AD Dwight Javale.. if lakers locked in on D they playoff bron and AD both want this chip they gonna give you 30+ each every game of that series. They also remember what he did last year tho and that was to say the least not impressive. While they do have great defensive rim protectors with Avery gone their only decent perimeter defender is danny green. They also don't have any other great 3 point shooters than danny green. The drop off in talent from AD/bron to the rest of the team is steep. Especially when compared to the clippers.

I will be rooting for the Lakers, but the Clippers are just the better team. The Clippers have way better depth with Sweet Lou, Harrell, Beverly, Morris, Zubac and Shamet. For the Lakers its LeBron and AD or Bust, which the duo is very hard to deal with for the Clippers. In a likely WCF matchup between the Lakers & Clippers. I could see the closing lineup for the Clippers being: Lou, George, Kawhi, Morris and Harrell and for the Lakers: LeBron, KCP, Green, Kuzma and AD.

Lakers have the 2 of the top 5 players in the league. They still have solid players to surround them with. The dynamic duo of PG13 and Kawhi barely played together. Paul mentions all they depth but the rotations will shrink during the Playoffs. The losses of Bradley and Rondo are pretty big. But the Lakers can make it work. Lebron and AD needed rest and now they’re 100% healthy. I can’t say that about Kawhi.
It’s hard to put any team ahead of Lebron especially when the man has taken all of his teams to the nba finals. But I’d have to give it to the clippers. They’re more complete at this point l. Clippers in 6 or lakers in 7.

I like the Lakers but they're not beating the Clippers. People bring up the LeBron and AD who can be formidable but at the end of the day the Lakers don't have anyone who can stop Kawhi and people when he's healthy in the playoffs he's proven he's to be unguardable. The main reason I have to role with the Clippers is Doc Rivers he's just a better coach than Frank Vogel and I like Frank.

Everybody talks about Kawhi stopping Giannis last year. Why nobody says the same about AD? Kawhi can probably stop anybody in the league and PG13 can at least bother LeBron. Lebron and AD need to have a spectacular series almost flawless to win it. I feel media builds up even more pressure on LeBron by making them the favorites specially after losing Bradley and Rondo. The rest of the Lakers are players with experience but none of them you can count on for sure. I hope that first game we get a good preview of what's coming.
